In higher education, students need to learn various things, skills and competencies for the
purpose of attaining specific goals and objectives in defined period of time. It helps them to lead
their career towards growth and development. This report covers culture and behavioural
expectations in the course of business management and impact of team working and peer-to-peer
support in future career. Along with that SWOT analysis is explained in this report.
