each other which will help organisation to enhance their productivity and profitability. Premier
Inn hotel is established in the year 1987 and the parent company of this hotel is Whitbread. The
chain of Premier inn hotels is presented across the world and they are focusing to maintain their
customer’s satisfaction through their effective services. The following report covers explanation
of equality, diversity and inclusion and how they are related to tourism industry. It also covers
