performance. This will contributes in improving company performance and at the time also
assist in developing positive brand image. The main focus of this research is to determine the

Role of managing culture diversity at working area
According to Barak, (2016), Due to globalised world, every business organisation required
diverse workforce as it support in promoting innovation at working area and also contributes in
improving overall performance level of company. At workplace, each and every employees
belongs from different culture. This is the reason that organisation is responsible for managing
them with the aim of creating positive and healthy working environment. This will support in
making workers productive and also encourage them to build healthy relation at workplace. It
directly contributes in creating positive brand image at market place.
Challenges faced by company in managing culture diversity within the organisation
According to Latham, (2014), managing culture diversity is not an easy task for company
because it increase the chances of issues and complexities between workers. This can be put
negative impact over the company and employee performance as well. In this regards, there are
various challenges that faced by business organisation at the time of managing culture diversity
within the working areas like; ethnic and cultural difference, difference in communication and
language, age differences and many more. All these are negatively affect the workers
performance worked within the company.
Ways by which Boost Plc can manage culture diversity in improving employee performance
According to Mahmood, Iqbal and Sahu, (2014), it is important for business organisation to
managing workers who are belongs to different culture as it help them in improving employee
performance and make them able to take all the responsibilities to do their best. In context of
this, there are some effective alternative ways which can implement by company with the aim
of managing culture diversity such as, creative collaboration, constant communication, develop
inclusive policies and practices, provide diversity training and many more. With the use of
these ways company can easily improve workers performance and make them able to attain
their set goals and objectives.

Types of research: For undertaking study in a successful manner there are mainly two types of
research i.e. qualitative and quantitative. In this investigation, quantitative method will be
