AIM
This research is done to analyse is the impact of culture immersion on adults and how
they overcome it by applying values and ethics. This is done to analyse what methods or
strategies can be applied by adult to minimise impact on culture immersion.
The research will give an overview how culture immersion changes the nature and
behaviour of adult. It will also analyse how different people react and experience culture
immersion in MPA study.
CONTEXT
As said by Smith and et.al., 2015, culture play a significant role in shaping the life of
student. It is because people inherit values and ethics that exists within society. These values are
reflected when they behave with other and from what background they belong. The cultural
immersion occurs when adult goes to other country to study. They experience completely new
environment and culture. cultural immersion helps in engaging with other people or society to
understand their ethics and values. By communicating with others, they explore more about
culture and society. It also helps in sharing own culture.
According to Gallagher and et.al., 2018, self esteem is not based on personal values but
also on fulfilment of priorities of individual in other culture environment. generally, young
people benefit from culture immersion. They get chance to gain knowledge about different value
and ethics. Besides this, in MPA they make friends of different background. Through this, young
people solve critical problem in effective way.
In a study conducted Smith and et.al., 2015, by communication culture is exchanged.
Young people experience different things during multicultural immersion. it encourages them to
explore more about culture. The research will provide knowledge about adults can gain values

through culture immersion. Moreover, it will show why they must experience different things in
MPA so that it helps in future. In study Walton and et.al., 2015 it will help student learns more
about it. Also, while pursuing MPA adults explore things which are related to society norms.
They are able to make new friends. It is useful in improving their lifestyle. by entering into new
world, they analyse things that how it will impact on them and strategies are made to deal with it.
this makes it easy to build strong relations with others. Adult works in more ethical way and
educate other to involve with them. with this more people can be educated about different
traditions, culture, etc.
Objectives
The research will help in understanding about concept of culture immersion and how
young people are influenced from it. moreover, it will evaluate how values are gained by adults
and how it motivates them to solve critical problems.
