My summary
Cultural shock is face by every individual that for any reason visit any other country. As
any geographical location contain different aspects related to culture, religion and many other
elements. In such an environment if any individual visit other locations it will have to
experience different culture (Trainer, 2020). Eco-shock is the one tat is also face by an
individual which arises as the individual do not capable to match up with the revised timing of
new location.

My essay
I feel that every time a human being visit a new country or the location he experiences
new culture along with the eco-shock. Cultural diversity is the most common factor a human
being explored along with he also needed to experience eco-shock where a human being faces
changes like in timing, routine and many such changes. Few years back I also travelled to
Australia where I saw unique culture and life style of people. The initial few days was tough as I
was facing eco-shock where I was taking time to get myself adjust in the new environment and
also due to the jet lag. Different countries contain different timings due to the geographical
existence of the location. In such a situation I was facing issues as my entire routine could
change as per the timings of Australia (Bakaki, 2021). This is a much faced or the mutual barrier
human being faced every time it visits at any other country. Australia offered me different
temperature, humidity condition and other related aspects of nature that further motivated
myself to get adjustment as per the requirements of the new geographical location. My
experience from the trip of Australia was that exploring countries is important as it provides you
a different perspective that further help to strengthen personal level growth.
