Managing talent is one of the important activity for company as it supports business in
retaining their workers for longer period of time. Basically, in a business organization different
employees are performing their activities who are belongs to different culture. This can be
beneficial for company in promoting innovation at working area but at the same time also affect
over the implementing talent management approaches to manage their workforce (Cletus and et.
Al., 2018). Thus, it is important for company to analyse employee culture and then apply
approaches as it directly provision in enhancing the performance of employees at workplace.
Current project is based on Rowlinson Knitwear, is a small and medium company operate their
business in clothing industry and serve school wear and corporate wear clothing to its customers.
This project focus in developing project aims and objectives and project management plan to
attain reliable results. Along with this, different methods and techniques are also mentioned that
assist project manager to develop a meaningful judgement within the project.
