INTRODUCTION
Data analysis is defined as the process of evaluating and assessing the collected or stored
data to determine the key variable and make proper decision within a particular time frame (Ho,
2013). There must be specific technical ability to analysis the large data which help to ascertain
the valuable outcome and ease the process of decision making. On the other side, data modelling
is related with managing of collected data in a desired manner according to the company IT
system. Data modelling needs a few spot of data analysis to make appropriate solution or
decision to the problems.
In this project, BDM for the 18-hole international standard Cunningham Gudgal Golf
Resort that include standard clubhouse, the exclusive clubhouse as well as three options
for the exclusive clubhouse.

Decision variable
The answer's conclusions are expressed by symbols like X1, X2, X3, .... Xn. These

of building exclusive clubhouse. Basically, company is going to construct this clubhouse on the
behalf of request of shareholders. In accordance of expectations level, company wants that
enjoyment index for this exclusive clubhouse will be of 4. Herein, underneath some main needs
of this club are demonstrated in such manner that is as follows:

CONCLUSION
On the basis of above project report, this can be concluded that there are four models among
five models which are described. This evaluation is being done in accordance of different
types of models and techniques such as solver test and many more.
