English Teachers in the academic university are responsible for several things, they act and
conduct each practice in ethical manner, which is quite essential for them to do so. Change form
of change in the school may put negative impact on their current activities and practices. It might
be a curriculum change, that teachers resist to accept because of key five reasons and these are:
The first reason behind resisting to accept new curriculum is a time consuming. It can
be said that this new change may require a lot of effort and time which is not possible for tutors
to do so for the more demand more things which is not possible to do on short-term period
notice.
According to new curriculum it is important for teachers to make possible changes in their
daily activities that affect negatively and contribute to increase the stress level that me but direct
impact on their mental as well as physical health. It is considered as second reason behind

before implementing schedule. Through this meeting they may take approach to make important

take initiative to do that 3 weeks earlier, which may give each tutor time and proper relaxation. It
may do not put any negative impact on their well-being that is quite important for teacher to take
better care of it. Group discussion may give them chance to start preparation regarding skills
