TASK 1
1.1 Analysation of purpose of curriculum design and development
The curriculum in the marketing in very important because it provides a very broad level of
curriculum to create and reflect culture and identity of the school to operate. For different
national culture of the school to operate with the different expectations of the students (Chan and
et.al., 2019). It has the purpose of identifying the challenges which are essential for the
development of new strategies. It is considered to be the key factor for the development of
changes in technology, skill and students which needs the business to achieve growth. The
success of the curriculum is very important for the teachings of the level of understanding that is
essential for the understanding of in the learning. With the use of curriculum, the aim is to bring
changes to the key perspective of the learners. It has to said that the development of technology,
skills and the student’s needs are considered to be very effective for the ways in which future of
the students is going to be in the performance of the ever changing speed of the technology. This
is the factor that is very effective in aligning the experiences of the teacher with the knowledge
that is needed to be transferred to the students.
Development of the individual needs are considered to be very important. The development
of internal consistency is also the factor that is developed with the help of curriculum in the
students (Choppinand et.al., 2018). This allows them to develop certain expectations which are
essential or the skills in the consistent form of stretch which is considered to be very effective in
the management of the state or province. Management of the understanding is considered to be a
very crucial part of the understanding that depends on the foundation of the skills and knowledge
that the curriculums are designed for developing in the students. It has been found that due to the
identification of how the platforms work the practices for the learners are influenced due to the
ways in which the resources can be used by me to generate the growth that is required. My focus
has been on the management of how I can help the learners use collaboration as a tool to develop
their team work skills and other practices that are very effective for the knowledge and
experiences. It is also very important factor for the generation of the cost efficiencies which are
good for the schools to achieve a dynamic role in the life.

1.2 Evaluation of approaches and models of curriculum design and development
The curriculum design model includes the Ralph Tyler’s model which is based on 4
fundamental questions which are,
ï‚· What purpose of education that is needed to be attained?
ï‚· What are the educational experiences that are provided for attaining these purpose?
ï‚· How will these educational experiences be effectively organized?
ï‚· Determination of whether the purpose is being attained or not?
The application of this model is considered to be a simple process that involved the framing
of objectives on which the emphasis is given (Bleakley, 2021). It can be said that the analysation
of this data sources is going to be the key factor that would help the society life and the designer
analyse the issues that are affecting the society which can help solve the educations. The
development of the sources is also considered to be very effective practices for curriculum as it is
going to provide the social values. These social values are going to help in the generation of the
feasibility number of objectives that are focused on educational purpose.
Management of the objectives are also considered to be the factor that is derived as the
general objective that is able to help in the identification of the how the learning experiences can
be achieves through the subject matter content and the learning activities. It is also the
considered to be the key concept that is essential for the necessary factors and the crucial
experiences in the field of teaching that is effective for encountering the experiences that can
help in the learning of marketing.
Key factor that is essential for the teaching is the curriculum approach that are considered to
be the key for the development of the language learners (Misni, Mahmood and Jamil, 2020). It
has been found that there are three kinds of major approaches to curriculum that are used for the
teaching practices,
Student-centre approach:
In this approach the focus is going to be around separate subject area of knowledge. It is
the most widely used approach that is essential in the curriculum development. The main
responsibility the curriculum planner in this approach is to identify the different areas of the
experiences that are essential for each subject to be offered.

In this approach the curriculum is organized by the combination of two or more subject
areas. This is essential for the approach of creating an awareness among the learners regarding
the social problems and enabling them to solve problems (O’meara and Vaidya, 2021).
Social Problems approach:
It is that approach in which the organization is focusing around how to face the major
problems which are found in the society. The development of these programs are considered to
be the key approach which is effective for the learners that are effective for the enabling the
solutions to the problems.
Learner-centred approach
This is the approach which is the best for this curriculum as it is going to be very
effective for the ways in which the it can learn course content. The focus of the approach is to
prepare the children to face the present rather than the future. It has been found that the purpose

1.3 Importance of learner feedback in developing curriculum
Feedback is considered to be a very effective tool that is essential for the development of
effectiveness that helps the curriculum to influence the process. Feedback has been considered to
be a very important part of the teaching process that has allowed the individuals to be able to
gather the information that is considered to be necessary and essential for the achievement of the
learning growth. In order to understand the ways in which the learning works in an organization
it is very important for the company to be able to analyse the factors which are essential for
improving the ways in which the teaching is going to be provide (Hsu and et.al., 2019). The key
for the growth of the individual experiences. It has been found that the process and products are
also considered to be the key factor that bring both the measurement of the individual experience
and the level of learning the factors of ensuring the growth. I have been able to generate the
growth that is said to be very effective for the management of the practices that are essential for
the management for being able to gather the information. I have been able to develop the
learning experiences that explains how the curriculum of the student’s experiences can help in
tracking the success. The major key towards the ways in which the teachers is going to decide
the growth.
Focus of the understanding is in the designing of the lesson which is essential for the

practices. The major risks that are faced with the clear vision of the narrative are considered to be

influences the performance of the performance. I have been able to analyse the factors that are
building towards the capacity of the district and the school level for the starting the funding
experiences for the learners. I have been able to understand that the wrong schools are also the
reason due to which the there are issues identified with the teaching experiences. The focus of
