The customer diversity presents challenge for the employees in form of cultural
differences as well as communication. Those challenges are involve to breakdown into
communication because of accents as well as respect for higher authority. An example of
communication problem in diversity is when the company is hiring employees from other
culture whose first language is not English, then the employees are facing difficulties to
communicate with the customers (Nichols 2017, pp.285). It leads to misunderstanding as well
as lack of company’s productivity. The employees should analyze causes of diversity
challenges and overcome those challenges by developing strategy.
The employee with proper leadership skill can overcome customer diversity. It is a
way to solve problems that arise like accent, attitudes towards the authority because of
cultural differences as well as communication. Diversity in leadership would help the
employee to use new skills as well as help in achieving team‘s goals. The workplace diversity
is a benefits for the business organization, when employees are not reacting towards positive
changes made. The employees those are opposing company diversity is rejected new ideas as
well as making the work environment difficult. The organization should employ with diverse
workforce while managing problems in customer service as well as resource allocation.
Constant communication provides feedback on how to perform the project work (Min 2018,
pp.67). Management of company diversity provides employees with needs as well as skills
with an opportunity to involve with customers for knowing them in better way. It is best
possible business result for the business organization.
