1) Purpose of the proposed investigation
The major purpose of this research is to know the brand loyalty among the customers of
Toyota. This means with the help of this research the researcher will be able to know that the
customers of Toyota are loyal towards the company or not. Another important reason behind
choosing this was to know the probable reasons which are affecting the brand loyalty in car
industry. And also the strategies used by Toyota is helping in enhancing the brand loyalty or not.
With the help of this project researcher will be able to give some recommendations to the
organisation for creating quantum of loyalty in the mind of customer's.
2) Outline of the project.
In this research various methods have been used such as- primary method, research
philosophy, research approach, research choice, time frame and data collection. In this research
the data is collected directly from individuals of the organisation. The major focus of the
researcher was on using the primary research method because in this the data is collected directly
from the individuals and not from some other sources. The collection of the data is done with
the help of questionnaires. The sample size of this research report is 50. Data has been collected
directly form the individuals by interviewing them and also a set of questions are asked from
them to know their views on the brand loyalty in the car industry. This research has been done on
the particular industry which is car industry.
3) Ethical issues raised by the project and how these will be addressed.
The data collected from the respondents are to be kept private and there personal
information is not exposed to other parties. As passing personal information is generally
considered unethical and illegal. The views of the individuals are also not shared with other
respondents and other researchers. The problem of deception has also been faced by the
researcher as in this it has seen that false information of the respondents or individuals have been
given to draw the final conclusion and also be mislead the researcher. Before collecting the data
permission are to be taken by the various organisations so that exact information can be
collected by the researcher and the main motive behind conducting the research is achieved in
the proper manner. Right against the withdrawal has also been taken care by the researcher in the
sequential and appropriate manner.

4) Health and safety issues raised by the project
The health and safety issues faced by the researcher and respondents can be overcome by
planning each and every task related to this research in the systematic and coordinated manner.
Various safety and heath measures can be taken care of by the researcher so that less problem
and issues is faced by the researcher. The effect of the risk can be reduced by providing adequate
services to the participants and the individuals involved in the research work. It is very necessary
to take care of the safety issues of researcher because if this is not done the data might not be
collected in the proper manner and the validity of the data will also not be there.
5) Brief description of research project and what participation involves.
This research project deals about the concept of brand loyalty among the customers with
special reference to car industry. The mind set of the individuals can be known with the help of
this project and the reasons behind the change in brand loyalty can also be known by the
researcher. The views of the individuals will play a major role in finding appropriate answerers
to the questions in the research. Various methods have been used by the researcher for competing
the research in the chronological order. The participants for this research were individuals who
were selected with the help of simple random sampling method. This means those individuals
were selected randomly for the purpose of gathering relevant information from them.
6) How is my research( primary, secondary) and all surveys to upload with the questionnaire.
The type of research taken in this is primary research. As this method is the best suitable
for knowing the exact answerers to the questions unknown. Under this method questionnaire
were being prepared by the researcher and the questions are discussed below-
