Introduction
Being an experienced consultant, I have been able to encounter a vast range of issues
regarding different services that I have provided to various organizations. Interestingly, the good
picture is that I have positively contributed towards the attainment of different goals and
objectives that are always set by clients (Cătoiu et al., 2016). The model of consulting that will
be offered in this proposal will be the expert model of approach. This will provide a perfect
opportunity to visit the client in order to determine the nature of the work, thereafter; the work
will be carried out with an intention of providing an efficient report of recommendations
pertaining to the whole problem that is being encountered.
Since the business has been able to encounter a serious drop in the number of customers
that it has been serving. This is a clear indication that it is not capable of meeting the
expectations of the customers through the provision of different types of products and services
that are being offered by the organization (Kim and Chang, 2016). Quite a number of
organizations have been able to find it very difficult to maintain their customers and even attract
the attention of more that tend to exist across different market platforms (Shahimi et al., 2016).
Since this is among the major problems that is faced by the client, this research proposal will
therefore take an expert approach of consultation in order to provide the client with a vast range
of strategies that can always be put into consideration in order to strengthen the bond that exists
