appraisal. After Appraisal it is analysing that I work with full honey, integrity and my work
quality is excellent regarding to my work (Pillen, Beijaard and Brok, 2013). My creativity and
technical skills is satisfactoriness that require to convert into good or excellent. My listening
skill, client relation and punctuality is good that try to convert in excellent manner to get benefit

individual to focus on bad skills that required to improve in certain period of time. It will impact
