Customer service strategy is a plan which can handle interactions of customers. This
strategy focuses on needs of customers by proper assessment through market segment research.
So this is a responsibility of Amrutha Lounge which is well known of offering good quality of
food to their customers. So for this there are many plans and strategies are made by organisation
to achieve desired objective in significant manner (Goodman, 2019). This report is considered
various customer service strategies and in what manner these strategies helps develop customer
experience.

There are various strategies which is adopt by Amrutha Lounge for retain customers for
long time and also in developing opportunities for future. So below are various methods which is
helpful in gaining outcome and also raise in numerous loyal customers: Resolving problems of customers: It is a responsibility of managers that they should give
advantage to their customers in relation to solve their issues on timely. This help
organisation to keep healthy and prosperous relationship with their customers which
leads to increase in brand image of firm (Wieland, Hartmann and Vargo, 2017). In terms
of Amrutha Lounge, superiors always ensures that there is effective communication take
place between employees as well as customers which build positive image of company in
mind of customers. Awareness & educate team members: For properly functioning of organisation it is
responsibility of manager to educate team members for carry out each and every activity
in effective manner. Amrutha Lounge adopt this strategy by providing proper training for
giving outstanding service to customer which leads to increase in profitability.
Organise training and development programme for subordinates: It is important for
every organisation to give training to their manpower which easily understand behaviour
and attitude of customers. In terms of Amrutha Lounge, managers give proper training
and development to their employees for solve issues which are faced by customers.

proper decision (Kowalkowski and Ulaga, 2017). Below are some recommendations or
suggestions for top level authorities of Amrutha Lounge are as follows:
It is recommended to top authorities that they should provide 24 hours service to their
customers which leads to easily solving of their queries in relevant time. It creates
effective relationship with customers.
The management team should use innovative technology in their services which provides
rapidly and qualitative service to satisfy needs and wants of customers.
It is also recommended to upper level management as they can develop their website to
attract customers and also get reviews or feedback from them.
CONCLUSION
From above it is concluded as organisation have to develop strategies which attract
customers by having communication or interaction with them. For every business it is important
to analyse and fulfil requirement of their guest in order to retain them and increase customer
loyalty. Furthermore, by adopting advanced technology in enterprise which leads to offer
frequent and qualitative services to their buyers which leads to enhancement in brand image of
company.
