I am writing to express my interest in developing my skills as a Customer Service
Representative at Fort St John Hospital. I learned about the hospital via online portal and I
have personally visited the website in order to check out the facilities provided by the
hospital. I have been mesmerised by the work undertaken by the hospital in terms of caring
for the people.
I am currently completing a course on Customer Service Representative and have
undertaken minor projects at my University. The job role undertaken at the University
included collection of cash during setting up occasions or social activities along with the
receiving of any time of issues faced by the guests while at the programs held at the
University.
After my course is complete, I am looking forward to join a reputed institution such as
Fort St John Hospital so that I can enhance my skills in these fields and ensure that I learn
about the impact and importance of clerical duties in a practical manner.

I am willing to any time, in flexible and varied hours, which may include working
during the weekends and during the evenings. I can remain flexible and cooperate with the
operational requirements.
I had previously been involved in an internship during the mid summer in a local
hospital and through it; I have managed to gather experience in certain matters. Matters such
