Outline of own contribution:
While carrying given project work, I was very happy and excited to undertake such
work. I was team leader of the group where I have assigned to each and every
individual so that they can perform their roles and responsibilities in an effective and
efficient manner. For completing given project work, I have planned work and as per
skills and capabilities of employees have assigned them in best manner so that they
can completed within given time period. I was very strict to perform various roles
and responsibilities that are given to me. I undertaken and evaluate team
performance and guided them to work in best manner for positive outcomes.
Assessment of own contribution:
Strengths
While performing work, I have analysed my own strengths which helped me to
achieve set goal and objectives in an effective and efficient manner. From project
work, I have evaluated my strengths which were in terms of communication,
problem solving, leadership and dedication. Due to communication skills, I was the
leader of team and lead whole team in best manner. While carrying out work,
members of team have incurred various problems and I resolved in best manner for
positive outcomes. I am very dedicated towards my own role and responsibilities
and complete given work on time period.
Weaknesses
While conducting project work, I have analyse my weak points i.e. weaknesses that
created problems in achievement of goal and objectives. I identified that I lack in
time management skills; patience level is low and presentation skill. Though I tried
my best to manage each and every work on given time period and complete within
stipulated time. My patience skill is low as I want my team to perform in great speed
without any delays. In order to work in corporate, there should be patience level
within me. I lack in presentation skills where I was unable to present myself in front
of other people.

Constraining Factors
In order to work in team or group, individual should be skilled and capable so that
they can give their best and achieve goal and objectives. While working in team, I
have identified some constraining factors that created problems in achievement of
goal and objectives such as presentation, time management and patience level. I
have to improve them in best possible manner.
Action Plan for improving your own performance:
I have to focus on my weak areas by taking training and development session,
coaching, learning, reading books and so on. I have to take feedback from my
senior manager and other person for improvement.

Constraining Factors
The members of team were not very dedicated towards given work and they perform
as per their own terms and conditions. This created problems in achievement of goal

There are various types of issues encountered in terms of conflict among members,
everyone performed work as per their wish and did whatever they liked. These were
found during completing of given project work.

In order to overcome from issues, I have arranged training and development
