Being as a Social worker with good experience of working. My objective is to provide services

 Obtained Master Degree from the department of public Administrative, University of
Dhaka Bangladesh (1988-89)

INTRODUCTION
“My name is Michelle Hloom I am applying for the post of Assistant Professor at University
which is situated in London. Previously I worked in banking sector in UK, India, Dhaka for
many years. I have a good experience of work in the specific field which helps me to get more
opportunities in future. I have multiple experiences in such fields like I have also worked as an
accountant assistant for City Gate Accounts services on temporarily basis. Moreover, I am well
experienced person to take this opportunity. I am willing to apply the position of Assistant

professor to serve the society and their development and I think I deserved to be on this position
because my work background matched the requirements given for this position.
MAIN SUBJECT
In order to deliver the best services or supervision to the institute for which I am applying is
very necessary to get my final results. Required skills for Assistant professor almost matched
with my skills and knowledge which is a great sign for me and for my future as well. Like job
requirement need to deliver high quality research and scholarship. So as I did in my previous
projects where I served my services for the community and accountable for some duties which
include working for several statutory agencies, education, health, housing on the behalf of
families in temporary accommodations as well as interpreter for different agencies on demand. I
am a versatile person who already worked on many projects. I know very well about the legal
ethics, policies and other relevant school policies which helps me to minimize some future
uncertainties. This knowledge comes from my experience or from the training I have gained
from my previous work. Such as I obtained professional training course from the institute of
personnel management which makes my a better understandable person. I am a creative person
who always find some new dynamic elements to perform my duties and responsibilities. I am
capable to work with this institute which serves or improvise health and health equity across
world because I also worked at the same pace with disabled children and give them career
guidance. I used to work with disabled children on voluntary segments which makes the system
more effectively clear and energetic. I also worked on the project with Asian group of G-77. As
according to the requirement I published by own mini thesis on the topic of Bureaucracy and
Development at the Thana level. Besides of all that, I have some hobbies which helps me to
nourish my skills and knowledge. I am a very good listener that helps me to conduct more
research in my filed and makes me more dynamic and productive person.
CONCLUSION
I look foreword to speaking with the seniors in the institute which makes the study more
reliable and makes the study more reliable and energetic. In conclusion I hope I demonstrated
good strength of mine to grab this wonderful opportunity. I hope for the good results.

Project proposal
Purpose : My purpose behind this fellowship program is to serve the services and to
improve some aspects of the student experience or quality of education programs.
Research questions : what are the challenges and problems students have facing to get
the quality educational programs (Yang, 2016).
Methodology : In order to conduct this survey or analysis I include analyses of the
depictions of relations of students background and lack of resources. I gathered knowledge and
support from the seniors in which they already conduct some better roles and responsibilities. In
order to collect the material and knowledge I am taking both primary and secondary approach to
collect data with the help of conducting survey or taking facts and figures from the past data.
Besides, this method or research methodology helps me to better understand the growth
opportunity. All sources and information is equally necessary for the success of this project.
Significance of the study : Significance of this present study is helpful to contribute in
better educational development program. That automatically helps to serve the society and their
issues they have facing. The present project will help to bring important aspect and ideas for new
development opportunity. Another opportunity that comes from this project is good and
productive environment around the students which makes them confidant and energetic. Besides,
another significance of this proposal is to supporting others to provide an excellent student
experience and solve the significance problems (Giroux, 2015). However such programs support
professional development which makes people more knowledgeable and makes the study more
clearly effective and productive.
Impact of the study : Impact of this project has been given on the students which is
beneficial for them to learn some more skills and knowledge gain matter to be more productive
and influencing. This project gives the great impact on the student future which let them know
about the importance of the study growth. This project also gives the positive impact on the
membership of society conference committees. It helps to promoting the best services in
educational field and to promote the best practices.
CONCLUSION
In according to the above highlighted part it has been analyzed that how individual
person can apply for the post to grab the best opportunity growth outcomes. Therefore the
