The study skills are termed as strategies for properly studying the academic and
professional skills that assist students in gaining competitive advantage. The study skills cover
the different types of transferable life skills which allow students for making improvisation in
academic skills and knowledge. This essay will give critical suggestions for the purpose of
boosting attractiveness of CV without having some kind of experience. In addition to this, it will
also describe my personal experience after making my CV.

Question-1: Selecting the above four listed suggestions for making creative CV
The intense competition in job market can be seen as result of recent pandemic
conditions. This makes the employers of company to recruit graduate students who have
sufficient level of experience and are limiting the recruitment of fresh graduates. The students
especially fresh graduate can undertake necessary steps so that their chance of selection can be
enhanced(Murias and et.al., 2019). The below mentioned paragraph represents the suggestions
by which fresh graduate students can properly draw attention of large number of recruiters by
making their CV more attractive as well as appealing.
The first suggestion can be identified as Starting with skills audit, the auditing of skills
can support student in gaining deep information about what are their existing skills and
knowledge. This can allow the student to know in which skills they are good as well as what are
the skills in which they are not performing good. After undergoing with skills audit sessions, the
graduate students can form the suitable learning strategies and steps for enhancing skills by
taking into focus reliable training sessions. It can enable the student in evaluating their strengths
and can help them to show their strong points so that their chances of recruitment can be
improved in appropriate manner. Moreover, the student can also increase their skills in which
they are lacking by taking relevant online classes(Jayakumar, Suman Rajest and Aravind, 2022).
The next important suggestion is Getting experience online, for experiencing favourable
response from recruiters, the student can take suitable virtual internships along with taking
remote work experience by registering on the online job portals. The student can also search
about the good universities who gives effective internship sessions exclusively for fresh

students in attaining suitable work experience level by working from home. The student can do
various activities in order to complete real life projects. This step can assist students to receive
experience certificates and present to their potential employers which can increase the
probability of getting good job. The other type of suggestion is related to Connecting with peers,
the student in order to enhance chance of success in getting employed must lay focus in building
stronger network of people connected with field of job in which they are going to apply. For
making effective network, the student can take efforts by following industry expert related to
their field through using social media platform like LinkedIn. This platform can assist the student
in making bigger networks by following their online accounts and after ask for their guidance
about how to get good job in time effective manner(Cohen, 2019). Apart from this, the student
can also collect industry knowledge by joining chat rooms or through taking virtual coffee
breaks. These strategies can aid students in gaining favourable response from recruiting
companies leading to higher chance of success in working on reputed companies.
The other crucial suggestion is Focus on skills over setting, in order to attain growth and
development in respective careers, the student needs to take proper participations in various
range of voluntary works that can be attached with social or corporate events such as
environmental protection event(Kirca and Bademli, 2019). The student can enhance their
problem solving as well as communication skills by enrolling into fundraising events organised
for improving the overall wellness of society members. In relation to this, the student can also
join the society of their college which can become great opportunity for making improvement in
soft skills. Thus, after adopting this strategy the student can show the voluntary certificate to
their employers which leads them in boosting their reputation level within job market(Sun, Hu

Question-2: Describing the personal experience in making CV
After considering the above stated suggestions for improving CV, I can happily say that I
am satisfied with this kind of CV as it can allow me to receive positive reactions from my
recruiters within job market. The CV which I have designed has full information related to my
strengths and knowledge which I have acquired from online training sessions. In relation to this,
the CV that I have made is creative and immersive by which my future employers can easily
know about my capabilities in proper manner. I am satisfied with the CV that I have designed as

it has been formed after doing my skills audit. This has assisted me in knowing my strong points
leading into gaining better job opportunities.
Moreover, in the CV, I have also shown the experience which I have gathered from
enrolling in virtual internships organised by various organisations. This can support me to add
my internship certificates in the area of work experience. In addition to this, the required
certifications as well as licenses of courses are also incorporated within my CV. Furthermore,
the CV that I have formed also includes the area of recommendation which reflects the positive
feedback about my performance by industry experts. This makes me feel good as I can get the
good job in reputed companies as I have undertaken many internship activities.
Moreover, I have also described the different voluntary activities in which I have
participated on university level. It will assist me to become apart from competition as there are
only few number of candidates who engages in the voluntary tasks. Thus, it has been evaluated
that I have encountered positive experience as I have made proper CV which includes diverse
columns like critical skills, experience level, hobbies, educational details and voluntary activities.

It was analysed from above essay that study skills are crucial for students to develop as it
may lead to improvement in chances of success of getting good job within professional world.
