company Marks and Spencer which is a British international retailer having their headquarters in
London. Company was founded in the year 1884 and it was founded by Michelle mark and
Thomas Spencer. Company specialises in dealing home, food and clothing products globally.

It basically focuses on acting as the face of the organization, managing and manufacturing all the
products which is representing the business. This department is essential for the management of

and desires of the consumers as well as how to maintain the quality of the product and service is
giving to the customers (Hague, 2021). It is the duty of the marketing department in order to
maintain the high satisfaction level of the customers as it will lead to immediate effect on the

Finance department

In addition to this, finance function makes sure that sufficient and regular facility of the
capital for the operation of the business. What is the role of this department to make sure that the
organization pay all their suppliers as well as debtors on time. This Department is important for
