ESSAY
Learning is one of the important activity of human life which enables them to conduct
proper number of development activities in their personality. The process of learning need proper
efforts and hard work from the learner. There are large number of skills and abilities are present
in the market which the person needs to learns because it enables them to conduct the activities
of life in effective manner. It is very important for the learner to analyse the learning material in
effective manner which are helpful for them to understand the situation in effective manner. This
essay is based on self learning activities of mine. This essay provides description related to what
I have developed as a learner. It also provides brief discussion related to future approach and
expectation of University.
The learning of University is one of the important and valuable learning which enables
the student to conduct the number of activities in their life. The learning activities of the
Universities enables the student to develop number of skills in their in their personality which are
very helpful for them to conduct the functions of their life. These skills include communication
skills, time management skills, problem solving skills and many more. These skills are very
important for the individual because it enables me to take great advantage and makes life more
easier. It is important to use effective model of reflection which enables us to provide the
personal experience in effective manner. For the fulfilment of this purpose, Gibbs model of
reflection is used here so that all the requirement of the project can be fulfilled in effective
manner.
It is the class of our professional and personal learning under which the teacher has
taught us about the basic understanding of the process of learning and the development of skills
in personality. Professor has select number of students to provide attractive project about skills
development in personality of the student and I am also the part of these student. It is very
important for me to hear all the guidelines of teacher which are very helpful for me to becomes
effective learner. This project are new for me and it becomes the opportunity for growth in life
which I need to grab for the development of career in the market.
At the time when I was given responsibility of learning, I feel something change because
it is new for me. I did not done this type of type of project before in my life which becomes the
reason for the development of stress and anxiety. One of the important reason for the
development of stress an anxiety is the confusion about the topic. As the time goes, all the things

becomes easier because topic becomes familiar for me because of the guidance and support from
the mentors which makes the task easy for me.
I have examined key aspects of learning and also to become great learner. One of the best
thing which I have analysed from this module is understanding of skills and abilities which
makes me more competitive in the market. In order to increase the chances of systematic growth
in career life, it was important for me to learn key skills with enhanced efficiency. The growth
and development of an individual is dependant upon critical analysis of life time learning
opportunities. In order to increase chances of development in a short span of time, student must
also focus on learning skills and competencies. One must also take into consideration teachings
of professors in classroom for grooming knowledge. The main task of an individual is to
complete all assignments on time along with focusing on learning new concepts. It is also
important for an individual to develop effective motivation in order to develop emotional
intelligence.
In academic life, professionalism must be adopted by a student in order to achieve key
tasks and objectives. Main task of a person is to develop key importance of gaining knowledge
related to several skills which helped me a lot to grow as a mature person. To learn major skills, I
faced many challenges related to practical application of these skills. I also faced issues in my
learnings as it was hard for me to gain knowledge about how to achieve success by focusing on
the dream job. In future, I would like to consider major development based factors related my
knowledge enhancement. Future goals and objectives which are to be achieved by a person
should be analysed with seriousness. I will remain disciplined throughout my career and will
achieve key perspectives with help and support of strategies. The strategic and planning
frameworks are very much crucial for a candidate in academic life to develop key opportunities
in professional life. The development of key perspectives related to future options of career
should be known as per the need of career. Ethics are also important to be developed by an
individual to develop moral values.
I consider that ethics and discipline are two important pillars in academic life which
makes a student complete. The ethics should be learned according to the nature of professional
practices in student life. This is the main role and responsibility of a candidate to consider
challenges as an option to take advantage of key opportunities. I will also learn how to behave
positively in classes in a more precise manner to develop further growth based chances. In order

to improve my key skills I will take into consideration development of best policies and plans. I
have analysed as a learner, it is essential for a person to develop eagerness. Patience is the key to
get success in future, I have also learned this during this module. In future I want to become
more responsible person and develop strengths and capabilities. In order to overcome major
weakness, I will take into consideration advice of my teachers and seniors.
