INTRODUCTION
The present report has been based on reflection regarding the skilled learned while
developing business case and project management plan. Along with this, the study has discussed
about the way abilities helps in achieving the goals in effective manner. Lastly, it has thrown
light on action plan for dealing with weaknesses.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
During the project I have developed research skilled as for making effective business
plan client I have to conduct market research for collecting the relevant data. This skill has
helped in finding accurate information for the project and made the study effective. I have also
enhanced power point skill as I came to known about the format of PPT and the way to make it
look attractive to the client. Although this skill helps individual in presenting the data with
relevant chart and images (Sekarwinahyu, Rustaman and Widodo, 2019). In addition to this,
with the help of power point I made poster which has helped in developing my creative skill.
With help of innovative idea I was able to present the project plan of the client in good manner.
Moreover, while making the agreement plan for the client I have improved my writing skill and
negotiation as I was able to present the points of contract to customer more appropriately and it
will be beneficial for the party. Thus, during the project plan I also came across in developing
technical ability as for project there is need to develop timeline and I have made use of Gantt
chart.
Furthermore, in the beginning of project plan I was not aware that there are framework
which helps in analyzing external and internal factor present in market area. Moreover, now I
known this tools are very beneficial while doing the market research and it helps in finding
relevant solution to deal with it. Moreover, I have realized there has been software for
developing time line of the project that helps in dividing the main task into smaller group and
set the time for completing it (Pieper and et.al., 2021). Also during the research of project I also
come to known about methodology related to project management and the way it helps in
achieving the task in limited order of time. I have also gained knowledge about importance of
partnership during the project as it act as evidence in case of any fraud as well as allow both the

partners to present their view. However, there is need to make communication plan in the project
so that team involve in it are aware about their roles and responsibility as well as make
contribution in success of project. However, project plan also give an overview to the client and
manage of the project
In addition to this, these skills will help in developing the career as research skill can be
used in any field related to business and it is one of the most important in making the study look
more authentic (Lovis, Stefaniu and Brezesinski, 2019). The power point presentation skill is
also very important in business as it allow in presenting the project in attractive manner and it is
also useful in enhancing creative skill. Moreover, having computer skill is helpful as it
contribute in doing the task in effective manner and in easy format that helps in improving the
performance. Thus, all these skills will contribute in developing the career in positive manner.
TASK 2
Throughout the project I have analyzed that my time management skill is not very good
and due to there is always in delay in task. I need to work on this, skill so that my work can be
completed and I am able to focus on other things. For example, while making the project plan it
was bit hard for me to decide the activities and it took lot of time for deciding them. In addition
to this, due to the delay in activities I was not able to proceed for other task (Blemker and et.al.,
2020). Moreover, I have analyzed that my communication skill is good as I was able to share my
thoughts and ideas to others. While making the agreement I was able to communicate my view
point to other party and due to that my contract was also effective for the client. In addition to
this, I need to work on It I was feeling nervous while sharing my thought so it need to improved.
Moreover, not only this some of my technical skill is not good as it took long to understand the
process of using Gantt chart and due to that there has been delay in creating time line for the
project. This skill is very much essential now days as it allow to smooth the work and give better
result as it is very cost effective. However, if traditional matter has been used then it take lot of
time as task are co dependent on each other (Ardian and et.al., 2019).
Although during the assessment I have made use of power point presentation in order to
make poster which has helped me in enhancing my creativity skills. Although my writing skills
has been improved as I have learned about format of writing professionally such as there should
be no grammatical error and sentence formation should be write such as meaning should be
drive from it. Along with there should be main and sub heading of the topic so that client can

understand the key points easily as well as there should 1.5 space between sentence so that it
look presentable in nature.
Moreover, it has been found that all the writing should be supported with evidence like
references as it represent that data has been collected from relevant website. In addition to this,
all these skill has been useful in developing the business career such as learning technical skill
will help in dealing with the advance technology in business and to use them for success of
company. Moreover, it has been analyzed that learning new tools of technology help
organization to grow. Although it will be helpful in interview as most of the business now days
are hiring people that are talented in this sector (Adeani, Febriani and Syafryadin, 2020).
Furthermore, communication skill is very much important in business as it allow to build
healthy relation with others as well as to share ideas and interact with them. This skill is very
important for building personality and to increase the confidence while doing the work.
Moreover, research skill will be helpful in digital business as it will allow to writing the content
for the company and the way to attract customer (Stone and et.al., 2018). Thus, writing good
content is very much important as it allow to increase the sales of the company through sharing
them on relevant side. Hence, for fulfilling this gap I will be developing action plan so that I
can find strategies to improve it as well as to develop my over all personality . The action plan
also help in setting the time limit for completing the task that contributes in enhancing the
performance.

CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that there are various skill that is required to
develop business case. The study has been based on reflection such as task one talks about
them abilities that need to be improved like time management and technical as well as the ways
it will contribute in developing career in business. Lastly the study has also summarized in task
2 that for improving the skill gap action plan can be used as it will help in enhancing the abilities
in effective manner.
