INTRODUCTION
Bucks graduate attributes may be referred as a framework which focuses on developing of
innovative leaders in their professional and creative career in order to make positive impact on
global citizen. These attributes can be formed by a structured programme. It helps in measuring
the progress and benchmarking. It is important for people to upgrade his skills so that it can take
advantage of it and become more productive at workplace. Skills plays an important role in
making individual more productive and thus makes work more effective. This project report will
cover the skills and how they help me in achieving my aims and goals and how they can be
beneficial in my employment and in time of volunteering. Further it will cover work related
experience and how it can be used in future goals and in career plans. At last, it will cover a CV
which must contain all necessary information.

Reflect on relationship between relevant theory and practice in work related context
It plays an important role in every person's life. It is important to upgrade skills and to learn n
new skills which can help in becoming more productive. There are various graduate abilities
which involves knowledge and discipline which can be used in assisting employees along with in
volunteering skills in order to reach success of life. The skills which I have learned is critical
thinking which helps me in solving issues and concerns. Earlier I was not aware about
importance of this skill and how it may affect my performance. But I have got insight of this skill
and how it will helps me in my future. I will use this skill in my future when I will be a manager
in company. I can solve issues and concerns of my team mates in a n effective way. Issues are
the obstacles for both company and individual development. This skill can be sued in my
academic and personal life too as I can go at root cause and find cause in order to find correct
solution. It will make me more productive and can face any challenges of my personal as well of
professional life. The other skill is team building spirit which will helps me in maintaining
coordination among my team and to accomplish task within given time. I can manage my team
in an well manner so that it can promote self as well as team development. It is importyamt to
have this skill with manager so that it can effectively manage its team.I can work with my team
and will provide a open platform to share their views and opinions which may bring efficiency to
company's operations. Managing a team is one of the most critical task of management and it

plays an important role in defining success of any project. By this, I am able to get knowledge
about how t can be used in volunteer work. The another skill that I have learned is
communication skill. This skill will help me in my future as it will help me in conveying
message and to influence other individual. I can effectively pass message and make them
influence to by decision. It will be beneficial for me in my future career and can communicate .
By this, I can do my work in an effective manner and communicate with management and
subordinates. I have learned about digitalization which makes work easier and accurate. I have
gained this knowledge and can use in my assignments. By these skills, I can effectively manage
my team and communicate by using communication skill. I have sharpen my skill and which will
help me in making career bright. By using digital technologies, I can do work in a shorter period
of time and eliminates error. As the digital technology is emerging day by day and it becomes
easy me for doing task. I will use digital technology in my employment as it will make my work
easy and convenient. It will also save time and effort which I can use in another activity. With
the effective teamwork, I can make task easier and will take opinions from my team mates while
making decision. They can feel valued if they ask to participate in decision making process. It
keeps them motivated and can work with peak potential in order to make project successful. I
will manage my team in an effective manner and will resolve every conflict which may affect
their performance. It will help me in becoming better manager.
Implication of skills, experiences and competencies in related to work related setting
Earlier I was not aware about skills and how it is important in individual's life. But when I come
to know about these skills and its importance I have started to improve my skills. I am lacking in
various skills but I have tried my best and acquired skills which can be used in my future career.
I can use skills in my future in distinctive ways. I can showcase my skills and can take advantage
of it that I have learned in Bucks Graduate Attributes. I can solve problems of my peers and can
make them more productive. It makes the task simpler and easier too. Ethics plays an important
role in professional career and how ethics provides with a culture that I have gained in buck
gratitude attribute. I have learned that ethics can be s8ued without any obstacles and how I can
used in my professional career. I will use this skill in my professional career as it makes work
easier and creates healthy relationship with my peers. I was good at emotional intelligence and
self awareness as I am flexible towards any employment. It will also helps me in communicating

with internal stakeholders of company and it is needed to have clarity of explaining process in
easier way to accomplish skills. These skills helped me in boosting self confidence and
developing self awareness top achieve higher success. Apart from my employment, it also help
me in volunteering as I have gained communication skill that I can use in my professional career.
This will help me in my career as I can effectively manage team along with creating a sense of
development among peers. The new digital technology will help me in solving various issues
that I came across in my career. There are various opportunities that I can grab on by having
these skills. Innovation in management field makes work easier and provides convenient to
manage different task. Team building skill help me in managing team in an effective manner. I
will align each member with company's objective so that they can get clarity about roles and
responsibilities that they have to perform. I have worked with these skills in my volunteer work
and creates a professional behaviour. It facilitates me in creating a sense of responsibility which I
have to take on in my future. Discipline is important in graduate attributes and helps in making
career bright. I have acquired communication skill by communicating with my peers and they
helped me in those areas in which I am lacking in.

Action plan helps me in making my future bright as it provides me with a roadmap which will
direct me towards attainment of objectives. It will help me in providing way by which I can
effectively attain my objectives. By this I can finish my work in a structured and well organised
manner. There are various advantages of action plan as it provides with an opportunity for
reflection. It also facilitates in bringing people together who are knowledgable in a particular
area or to people who are facing issues. It help me in clarifying my objectives which may be
professional or personal. I can get clarity in my objective by formulating action plan and can put
my efforts towards making project successful. The skills that I have acquired will help me in
taking me to height of success. I can use these skills in making my career bright and successful.
It will be used in my future and will apply when I will be a manager. I can effectively manage
my team by using team building skill and can communicate by using communication skill. By
team work experiences, I have come to know about importance of teamwork and how bit
positively impact on company's and individual's performance. It is needed to work collectively
rather than individual as it can be done more effectively and efficiently. I an use critical thinking
skill in my future as it will help me in solving issues and concerns related to personally or to

professionally. I can effectively analyse the cause along with finding best solution in order to
eliminate negative impact of issue. Issues are the obstacles that limits growth of an individual but
I can use this skill and make better decision. Decision making is one of the most critical process
of management one wrong move can collapse whole plan. I will use this skill in choosing my
career too as right decision will provide me with numerous opportunities. Communication skill
can be used by me as it allows me in communicating with my peers and team mates. I will apply
all my skills in making career bright as it will allow me in becoming more productive and I can
take advantage of it. It takes me one step closer and I can achieve my targets in before meeting
deadlines. I will divide my goals into small task and will try to accomplish within given time.

career of individual bright. This module helps me in gaining insights if various skills that can be
used in my professional career. Bucks graduate attribute helps me in knowing individual and
other in a better way. By this individual can assess his strengths and weakness and formulate
strategies in order to eliminate weakness. It will; help me in reaching to success along with
making me more productive. I will set targets for my future and put all efforts in order to
accomplish before meeting deadlines. Critical thinking can be used by me if any of my team
member is facing issue. I will analyse cause and find best possible solution in order to eliminate

issue. Communication skill help me in communicating with my peers and reduces chance of
