challenges that have faced are creating the budget and booking of the conference hall and other

plaining I faced challenges because I was new to plaining the end, so I was confused about all
the activities that will take place and their cost estimation according to the market. both problems
was the conference all and logistical booking because, almost all the conference hall in the
London were booked and if we get any of them their capacity is less than 200 and for the logistic
services we take times for the booking and all the arrangements (Durks., and et.al., 2017). I use
my of the problems solving skills to overcome the issues. It includes -

This was the problem solving techniques tat I used to create the budget and it helps me to
overcome the issues. It was make easy for me and the fiancée managers of the event write all the
activities that need to be included in the budget, and I was able to make the budget for the whole
event.

Another problems solving techniques that I used to over come the challenge that was to
book the conference hall solved thorough the internet. This method help me to get all the
conference hall that are available on the google for the booking. It makes easy for me to get the

members to create an effective dynamic. If necessary, seek out new team members to strengthen

There are various motivational theories that are used by the organizations to majority ate
their employees, and they all help to provide motivation in the employees. Some of the most
important motivation theories are Maslow's motivational theory, McClellan's needs, Vrooms
theory and many more that can be effective in motivating the employees.
