Cyber security
A fundamental shift is occurring in
management of various cyber related risk,
threats. A great idea about the cyber-attack,
which is increasingly the affected on the
business process. Initially, it begin to take
hold among different boards and
executives. As a business leaders that are
realizing and establish interconnection with
global world through different
technologies. Modern techniques are
basically designed to share information but
not completely protecting.
Furthermore, it has been identified the real
incident of Deloitte cyber-attack and
controlled by security aspects. This can
possible with modern technology to secure
or protect the sensitive information or data
of client, stakeholders.
Security and privacy issues of modern
technology
There are different security or privacy
issues occurred in modern technologies:
Unauthorised access
Data breach
Malware attacked
Damaged sensitive data or information
Legal, ethical and social impact on cyber
security incidents
Legal, ethical and social are considered as
important factors that can utilise uncertain
activities during cyber security incident. To
help benchmark a Deloitte’s cyber security
policies, program. Here are some important
continual themes in order to improve the
performance, privacy and security.

During incident of Deloitte cyber-attack, it has been increased the chances of

disclosure the exactly number of data
comprised during cyber-attack. Thus, it has
increased the ethical issue because every
clients have a right to know about certain
things. Therefore, it will be increasing
conflicts among management and clients.
In context of legal and social issue, Deloitte
needs to adopt a valid legal policies and
procedures that help for protecting or
securing private information. In case if any
kind of misconducting situation happened
where client have a legal right to take
action against company.
