which determine how the issue increases.
In order to prove the facts, interview had been conducted with two key people. Such that
first interview will be conducted with the Chief of NCCU who present their views pertaining to

Mr X stated that there will be a dangerous condition in UK, if organization will not

hacked the life of person and misuses the same with the help of third party.
Summary of the issue
Background information
UK is considered as a hub of IT sector and that is why, the rate of cyber crime increases.
The data reflected that UK reported losses of £1.3 billion to fraud and study reflected that it
might be increases over the next three years as well (UK loses £1.3 bn to fraud, 2021).
Therefore, it has been analysed that a survey of ONS Crime Survey for England and Wales
showed that the figures of committing crime was increased by 24% from 2020 in 2021.
Therefore, there will be around 1.5 million organization who fell victim due to cybercrime and
this also affect the personal lives of people because their information has leaked by third party.

Therefore, it can be stated that the issue is considered as a key problem for the people
because they do not share their information as it can be hacked by any time at anywhere. This
might affect the business sales and profit as well because majority of the companies are working
at international level. However, the reality of the situation might be different because survey or
any documents does not show the clear figures. Majority of the crime are committed by
individual and small groups and they must be professionals who have enough knowledge and
that is why, large organization were trapped easily. There is no proper solution identified and
that is why, the rate of such cyber crime increases year by year.

Figure 2: Fraud and computer misuse crimes rise by more than a third
The reason behind selecting this image is such that there were 1.7 million computer
misuse offence and many of them do not have any authorized access to use the information.
Thus, Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Scam Alerts in June 2021 also reported that there
were 125% increase in hacking in 2021 (Fraud and computer misuse crimes rise by more than a
third, 2021). Thus, the increasing in number of cases clearly reflected that there is a need to solve
the issue because it might lead to affect the lie of people as well.
Your opinion
The research and data reflected that cybre crime is highly affected the business and this
also result to bear a huge loss. In my opinion, as a Journalist, I always publish the article related
to the same and try to catch the eyes of people towards this issue. In my article, I publish the
reasons of causing cyber crime so that people will be aware about the same and this helps me to
get an attention of people towards the issue (Lallie and et.al., 2021). With the changing era, most
of the people and business are entire depend upon the advance technology and save their data in
Laptop and computer without taking any precautions. This in turn increases the chances of cyber
crime in different areas.
Therefore, as a Journalist, I would publish the article in an effective manner so that it will
automatically attract the reader so that they will be aware with such issue and take precautionary
methods as well. The fact data will be collected and presented in front of people so that they
understand the reality and this in turn help me to aware them about the issue.
