The technology developed is cyber security solutions which would be welcomed by the
society as it can provide a digital protection to the business. It ensures the employees that they
are not at risk from possible threats.

Yes, the benefit of cyber security solutions is greater than the risk. The solution can
prevent the spyware from taking effects can make sure that actions of employees stay private as
well as private in the workplace.
3. Principle of managerial discretion
The work and behaviour ethical and socially responsible as it provides significant
benefits to the business. It attracts the customers to business’s products, that means boost the
sales and profits (Gupta, Agrawal and Yamaguchi 2016). It attracts the investors and keeps share
price of company at high level. Therefore, it prevents the business from takeover.

Cyber security solutions provide benefits to the company and business as it protects
network as well as data from any unauthorized access. It improves information security and
company’s credentials with security controls. The computer security keeps the network safely
and runs the productivity of employee and organization. Dishonesty of the employees will curb
as the system has 100% of confirmation that the employee is reported to work and time as it lefts
without physical monitoring (Knowles et al. 2015). It intimidates employees; therefore it ensures
that the management is related well with the employees.

The system does account for the full legislation process along with compliance for the
employees as it is taught on how to utilize it. The system cannot confound person from other as it
is registered the employees electronically throughout use of fingerprints plus iris detection.
