media.

It affects people in many ways and sometimes it's effect is way more serious than anyone
could imagine. It can embarrass someone, make some patient of depression. Individual who are
the victim of cyber bulling might lose confidence in themselves (Cyber Bullying, 2019). It not
only affect the victim but also affect the lives of their family members in many ways.
Seriousness of the problem
Many times it happens that people do not understand seriousness of the cyber bullying
problem. Today people do not understand the risk associated with it, it might cause someone's
life. Cyber bulling is more serious problem than in person bullying as it might affect the victim
both mentally and emotionally which might become a serious problem for the victim to

Not enough measures have been taken to stop cyber bullying. Cyber bulling is not seen
till it takes a serious turn. It only comes into picture whenever a witness or the victim admits that
they or someone is being bullied which is not enough.
Suggestions
It can be controlled or stopped by continuously monitoring social media post or any such
thing and if any post is seen which might be harmful or abusive then such type of post shouldn't
be allowed to be posted and should be removed immediately (Mishna and et.al., 2017).
