INTRODUCTION
The study will focus on high-level improvement with learning determination and achieving the goals for
discussing cyberbullying. Reflection, business law case study and business law report will he analysed in the
current study. Cyberbullying cannot be eradicated but law and social awareness can be used to decrease the
unethical actions through social media and the internet. There is another example that cyberbullying is
addressed as making personal, photos and video public. Plenty of sarcasm, nasty comments, and others are
also considered as prevalence part of today's society and lifestyle.

Part A
The different processes can be enhanced in an effective & efficient manner with the help of possessing the
appropriate academic skills. The suitable strategies are to be determined in a proper manner so as to enhance
the complete learning process. I need to improve my academic learning so that I can attain a higher grade &
percentage.
The high level of confidence is very necessary to be enhanced & maintained by me in order to not only
become an effective graduate but also become more participative in the effective decision-making processes.
The overall process of learning gets improved with the help of possessing effective academic skills ( Cetin,
2015). The academic success can be achieved by me with a high level of potential along with the overall
development. I have identified the most effective approach through which I can develop effective& efficient
skills in me. The skills can be attained by me with the help of “SMART goals”. The first letter of S evaluates
that specific goals must be determined. In other words, I must be able to achieve those goals which I actually
want to attain in my future.
The effective sources must also be evaluated from where I can achieve my determined goals. Second letter M
states that the goals which are been defined must be measurable as because the goals which cannot be
measured are of no use. Those goals must be planned which can be enhanced for the longer-period of time.
Third letter A involves the statement of “Attainable” which means that whether I will be able to bring up
academic success or not. The time limit must be set in which those goals must be defined which can be
attained by me. The fourth letter R states that the irrelevant goals must be eliminated from the list of academic
success; only the relevant ones must be included & adapted to be directed. The last & fifth letter T states that
the goals which are been defined must be achieved within the limited time frame as because the longer time
can reduce the relevance of defined goals.
For the achievement of both the short and the long-term goals, the flexible time limit must be set & targeted
so that the constant or standard speed to be maintained in the effective enhancement of academic success. The
academic goals must be set in the form of “SMART” concept which enhances the increased level of positivity
(Zhang&Henderson, 2014). Also, the points of feedback must be considered very effectively which are being
given by my teachers & lecturers. The weak points must be taken care of & effective measures must be set to
improve those weaknesses.
The overall personality is being developed with the help of enhancing academic skills. I will be able to
possess the extreme level of motivation along with overall development for the longer-period of time. I can
also improve my weaknesses & can convert them into effective strengths with the help of enhancing the
positive &favourable attitude.

Part B: Academic Performance Cyberbullying Reflection
A group discussion was held in our class on April 2019. The topic of the discussion was cyber
bullying. Every member of the group presented their view on cyber bullying. One of my colleagues
gave a clear definition of cyber bullying and explained the various platforms where a person can face
cyber bullying. One group member explained that cyber bullying has a great impact on the society
and it can harass people with abusive comments, photos or videos that may hamper the reputation
and shame the victim. I explained the reason of cyber bullying by stating that it gives the person who
conducts the bully, a sense of confidence, courage and raised ego by bullying another weak person
because social media is a platform where the person can hide own identity and say anything that
cannot be said face to face. The statement that was highly agreed by every member was that cyber
bullying can be very dangerous for the victims as it leads to bulimia, depression, harassment, loss of
confidence and sometimes it forces the victim to commit suicide.
One of the group members stated some suggestions following which the prevention of cyber bullying
may become easy and it can be reduced to certain extent. According to him the different social media
platform has provided its users some options to block or report the person who is conducting a bully,
following which any user can easily report it to the platform so that appropriate step can be taken
against the person that may include imprisonment of the person for few months. I suggested that the
duration of imprisonment of the attacker can be increased depending on the level of bullying
conducted to prevent further bullying activity of the person in future. Through the group discussion,
all the members of the groups helped in highlighting the good and bad sides of cyber bullying and
helped in generating new ideas that can be helpful to prevent cyber bullying.

Evaluate the reasons for the introduction of new legislation to deal with the
problem of cyberbullying
Executive summary
The report identified the reasons for new legislation for solving the problem of cyberbullying. The
report is focused on the cyberbullying and needs of having anti-bullying. It is needed to stop and
apply safe policies and locality development to assess the development and protected classes and
responses to bullying.
Introduction
Cyberbullying is considered as being hurt by words and actions by using technology like email,
internet, cell phones, social media, picture to harass, and others. Business law on cyberbullying is
against the law as it can lead to crimes, murders, revenge, and others (Deschamps and McNutt,
2016). Nowadays, new legislation is required to develop the balance and amendments to introduce
cyberstalking as a criminal offence. Introducing the new legislation and new legislation are important
to make cyber-bullying illegal. The report will shed light on several reasons for introducing new
legislation to stop cyberbullying within business organisations.
Problem of cyberbullying
Cyberbullying has been considered and discussed by politicians, academics and the media in recent
times. Cyberbullying and cyberstalking are considered as such a big problem to develop the perfect
use of social media and internet in recent times. It is found to specify the problem regarding the
cyberbullying towards teens, adolescents, and young adults. According to Foody et al. (2017),
cyberbullying includes examples of fast shaming and nasty comments on social media or sharing
unethical photos and videos. Social media includes the commenting of anonymous and prevalent
activity on social media. It is effective to specify the cyberbullying and serious cases of
cyberbullying problems. Within the business organisations, data bridging and data theft are observed.
Within the priority-based cyberbullying priority, the problem becomes worse to teen depression and
other emotional abuse through social media. Children and teens are the main victims in the context
of dealing with cyberbullying. It is based on using social media establishment to dealing with the
problem of cyberbullying to establish the problem for creating new legislation and policy (Malik and
Younis, 2016).

A pattern includes verbal and emotional abuse with a cyberbullying problem to establish teen
depression and social issue regarding the cyberbullying problem. In case of dealing with
cyberbullying, social nature, and easy way to accept the social reputation and anonymous
establishments are required to identify the problem and solving the issues (Pittaro, 2019). It is
necessary to apply legislation and acts to focus on specific establishments and threatening behaviour
with the business organisations. Cyberbullying among teens is measured, as a problem to stay as
long with Facebook-like social media. Visiting with social media and using illegal uses of it are
essential to focus on social reputation and specific cultural part with cyberbullying. It is focused to
have developed and conditioned environment to have implemented the anti-bullying law.
Reasons for the new legislation to deal with cyberbullying
Cyberbullying is addressed under civil law and criminal law. It is based on the situation to develop
someone's reputation by spreading false information or spread false or imposed photos and videos
(Pittaro, 2019). A perpetrator can create an unsafe environment that the victims can face unsafely in
their known environment and place. In federal law, it is required to engage with defamation while
establishing permanent defamation. The business organisation should focus on acts that deal with
cyberbullying. Cyberbullying needs new legislative actions to update with social acceptance and
essential aspects of cyberbullying. It is crucial with cyberbullying. It is found that emotional abuse
on social media and potential activity through social media. Use of social media and email or video
calls are used as a tool to spread cyberbullying and health-related policy and a safer environment for
the victims (Del Rey et al., 2019).
Moreover, the committee recognises the various laws and different terms of bullying through federal
statutes and typical conditions including imbalance and necessary steps to adopt and measure the
bullying and harassment. It is required to develop the concerns about response regarding federal laws
and reviews to influence the power imbalance and civil rights and proper application to analyse the
state and federal policies to stop bullying (Pittaro, 2019). Civil rights and anti-discrimination laws
are essential for protected classes to the individual to harassment by following the justice specified
traits and establishing the implementing regulation for those deferral laws and regulations. Within
the business organisations, the illegal activities are based on discrimination, body shaming or
unethical activity like a photo or video sharing without their permission. Relevant federal law and
traits are based on securing the harassment related and protected classes of the individual for
justifying the traits on social media. Additionally, it is resulted to develop and expand the
requirement with explaining the appropriate education based development and enforcing the federal

law and addressing the discrimination and harassment to enforce the individual regarding bullying
(Del Rey et al., 2019).
Conclusion
The report focused on cyberbullying. Law and policy are useful to focus on functions including
preventing the particular public health outcome in today's life. Cyberbullying implications on federal
and state laws are needed to provide the reviews so that bullying can be used to address the
committee based engagement on anti-bullying laws and policies.
Recommendations
It can be recommended that:
 Federal laws to use social media and restriction on social media can be recommended to
reduce the cyberbullying.
 The organisations should focus on workplace laws to stop cyberbullying within workplace.
 Proper passed legislation, laws should be applied, and anti-bullying and anti-cybercrime
departments should check and monitor the profiles on social media.

CONCLUSION
It can be concluded that anti-bullying laws are required to cover the latest trait regarding unsafe
environment through social media. The report is focused on discussing the several concept and
requirement about anti-bullying laws and policies to establish the context of bullying through social
media. It is effective that governmental action and policies should be applied to ensure the available
activity and stopping bullying through social media and the internet. Cyberbullying is discussed to
focus on establishing the prevalent part to discuss against bullying and problem regarding nasty
comments, abusing in social media and others.
