It is very essential for the parents to let their children stand up for themselves after they
are aware of what is right and wrong. This is going to make the children be strong which is a
great factor for the students development overall. Parents believe that they must stand up for the
children even if the child can do the same which is going to make the child sensitive and be
dependent on the parents which is not a good factor for the student. Schools are not aware of
these factors and till someone not address these issues to them there is going to be higher
imbalance which would be present and the child will not be able to face their problems in the
future as well (Patchin, Schafer and Jarvis, 2020). Parents must make sure that the children are
going to have a lot of battles to fight and if they are not going to make the students be able to
stand up then it will be of no use. Parents must make sure that the students are being supported
not helped completed for reaching out for help and their rights in the school.
Topic 2: Effective cyber bullying reporting system
The schools will have to make sure that they have a right system for reporting the issues
which the students are facing. It is very important for the schools to have a good system and
make sure that the students are aware for it so that if they are having any issues then there are
strict actions which can be taken. This system is created for the students so the school must
ensure that not just the schools but also their parents are aware which is going to make the trust
level of the parents be present in the administration of the school. There is a growth which is
visible in the cyber crime since the schools have also gotten online for the safety purpose
therefore it is important for the schools to make sure that there is no crime and the students are
being treated right (Burlet, 2019). The schools will have to make sure that there is a good use and
practice which the cullying report is having so that there is going to be right treatment which all
the students can have while attending any of the activities.

The students have to be aware of the cyber security so that they would be able to use
them effective for themselves. There are a lot of crimes which are taking place online and that
needs to be avoided but due to the lack of knowledge and right actions there is not growth which
is being possible. It is very important for the school to make sure that there is going to be right
security purposes which are present like teachers recording each and every interaction with the
students so that there is going to be good understanding so that there is going to be higher
functioning (Dasgupta, 2019). There are excellent ways which can be used by the school to make
sure that there is going to be higher functioning and trust so that there is going to be better
functioning which is going to be present.
Topic 4: Use policies for technology and required bullying policies
There are a lot of cyber bullying policies which the government has also made so that
there is going to be lesser problems for everyone. There is a lot of harassment which is taking
place online and policies will have to be strict so that the right actions can be taken at the right
time. The teachers of school have to make sure that they are recording the class from the
beginning to the end so that there is a checking and better believer of everyone which is going to
be visible. Punishing the students for being present in the crime which is not serious the schools
can make actions for the students so that they are aware of what wrong they have done and they
have to make sure that there is going to be higher understanding between the students and
teachers should be present (Gerstein, 2015). Punishment is very important for the students so that
they are aware of the right and wrong and that is going to make the school be able to operate
effectively and make higher brand image in the market as well so that they can develop their
students well.
