Introduction
Academic skills are essential in the higher learning as it helps to critically analyze and
incorporate the studies in an effective manner. This study mainly focuses on the critical analysis
of the academic skills those are required by the student for making personal and professional
development in an efficient manner. Moreover the study also includes the reflection on the cyber
bullying in a prominent manner. Furthermore the business law case study should be analysed in
an efficient manner and alternative to the process of cyber bulling will be discussed in a
prominent manner.

Introduction
The cyber bullying is one of the most important components that are discussed in an effective
manner. The cyber bulling has become one of the major components in UK that has effected
mainly the younger generation in the social media. This study will mainly analyze the different
perspective of the cyber bulling and the alternative of cyber bulling like introduction of Trojan to
hack the information in the cyber accounts will be analysed in the study in an efficient manner.
Moreover, recommendation to mitigate the problems will be given.
Detailed discussion of the context
According to the reflection on cyber bulling context it is seen that cyber bulling has become one
of the major problem in the United Kingdom. According to the statistics the cyber bulling in the
internet of UK has almost enhanced by 20 % that is affecting the crime rate of UK. The main
target of the cyber bulling is mainly the young generation people those use the social media in a

prominent manner (Yar, and Steinmetz, 2019). One of the major issues that are present in cyber
bulling is that the individuals use fake id and post it in the internet like shame full offensive
things in internet. It is seen that one of the most important thing is that it affects the self respect
of the person which affect the psychological state of the individuals in an adverse meaner. In
context of the Cyber bulling I can see there are presence of cyber laws in UK that helps in the
mitigating the cyber bulling in an effective and proper way (Brown, 2015).
According to the opinion of Saragih, and Siahaan, (2016), cyber bulling sometime occurs in the
social websites like face book, twitter and instragram. According to the cyber laws of UK
stringent action is to be enforced by UK in an effective and efficient manner. The knowledge
regarding the cyber bulling is essential as it help the victims to take necessary precaution to
mitigate the cyber bulling in an effective and efficient manner. In UK there is the presence of
the computer misuse act 1990 that helps in mitigation of the cyber crime and the cyber bulling in
a prominent manner. The law depicts that the department of cyber police should use firewall
system to effectively manage the crime rate.
According to the opinion of Kamruzzaman, Islam, M.A., Islam, (2016), the cyber crime affects
the psychological aspects of the individual in an adverse manner. It is observed that the
depression among the individuals in the UK has enhanced due to the cyber bulling. According to
the psychologist cyber bulling like posting unethical and offensive post may affect the thinking
process of the individual and scar them for life. Cyber security is one of the major parameter that
should be noted by the parents of the young individuals in UK who uses social media almost 40
% more than the older population. According to the study context it is analysed that suicidal
tendency in the United Kingdom has increased due to the cyber bulling in the social media in a

prominent manner. It is essential for the parents to perform counseling of the individuals if any
cyber bulling is done.
Alternative methods and its critical analysis
According to the statistics in the UK cyber crimes except the cyber bulling one of the major
components that affects cyber security is the introduction of the Trojan in the computer. The
Trojan has highly affected the cyber world as it penetrates the computer by some link in the
social media in an efficient manner. In the words of Ngo, and Jaishankar, (2017), Trojan attacks
the computer and hacks the information of the user form the social websites and the user Id may
be used to perform any other misconduct that may affect the individual in an adverse manner. It
is seen that percentage of Trojan affected individual is increasing by almost 7 %in the current
situation. Due to the Trojan cyber laws has been increased in an effective manner but is proving
to be quite ineffective (Fraunholz et al., 2017).
One of the major problems that I think is that cyber bulling mainly focuses on posting unethical
photos or videos in internet by fake idea affecting the psychology of the person. On the other
hand the Trojan may hack the personal information and financial accounts that prove to be more
fatal for the individual. In case of Trojan, data of the user may have been hacked and deleted
that may prove to be fatal for the individual (Arief, Adzmi, and Gross, 2015). Moreover
psychological effect and depression among individual due to the cyber bullies and the attacks of
the Trojan is increasing in the UK in a rapid manner.

Conclusion
The study mainly focused on the analysis of the cyber bully and its effect on the population of
UK in an effective and efficient manner. Moreover, one of the major alternative issues is the use
of Trojan in the cyber crime that should be mitigated in a prominent manner.
Recommendation
The recommendation to mitigate the cyber bullies and use of Trojan are as below:
 I think the most important step is to form an effective cyber cell with efficient tool to
protect the cyber crime in an efficient manner.
 I think the parents of the young generation individual should have good relation with
their off springs. If any incident of any cyber bully or Trojan attack happens then the
young generation should at first consult with the parents and then legal measures should
be taken in an effective manner to stop the incident.
 Moreover, sophisticated firewall system should be used by the user while using the social
media account. If the system is hacked then there should be presence of hotline number
of the cyber cell that should help in prompt action to mitigate the information
 The teachers in schools colleges and universities should be aware of the cyber bullies that
should help in mitigating the event in the schools and other teaching institutes in an
effective manner. If any student or individual is caught while doing any action of cyber
bulling then stringent action should be taken against them in an effective and efficient
manner.

Overall Conclusion
The study mainly focused on the analysis of the academic skills that helps the student to perform
professional and academic development. The skills like communication, writing ability, digital
knowledge of the student are necessary for the good performance of the student. Moreover the
study included reflection on cyber bulling and effective analysis on the context of cyber bulling.
The alternative problems like Trojan attacks and the mitigation measures have been done in the
study.
