This case study examines the significance of cyber security in data management, focusing on IBS Investment Bank. The research aims to explain the importance of cyber security and its understanding in business-related data management. It investigates the impact of cyber security, explores employee perspectives, and analyzes the implementation of cyber security measures within IBS Bank. Using a positivism research philosophy and primary research design, the study employs a survey of 100 IBS Investment Bank employees to gather quantitative and qualitative data. The results reveal employee views on the impact of cyber security on business functions, customer investment, bank image, and profitability. The study concludes that cyber security is crucial for data management and recommends that organizations prepare for potential security breaches by establishing recovery plans and cyber emergency response teams.

INTRODUCTION
 IBS investment bank mainly concentrate on providing strategies for
strategic investments for high international individuals or ultra-
institutions.
 They employ integrated approach that takes into consideration, which
most prudent and beneficial in promoting safe return of the investor
and targeted investors (Su, 2015).

RESEARCH AIM
 The aim of this research is to provide full explanation about the
importance of the cyber security and its understanding in the field
of data management related to the business.

RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
 The research main objective is to research various proposals
and provide a descriptive view over the specific areas in
relationship with the business concerned.
 Following are the other research objectives of the current
study.

 Survey method: In the present study, the researcher has chosen
the primary research method involving survey. The survey was
done on a sample size of 100 employees of the IBS Investment
Bank who served as the primary data sources. The survey
questionnaire involved eight close-ended questions, in order to
avoid further chances of doubts

manager revealed that importance of
data management is immense in this
department as operations management

In context to the Cyber Security and data

the input from the IT manager has been
most beneficial. The IT manager revealed
that technology is changing and
therefore; he hackers are coming up with
more new technologies with each passing
day.

The operational manager replied “Now a
day, in a busy schedule people are
getting less time to go and pick from the
market so, the new E commerce website
helping them to purchase and chose
from our various products seating in a
corner. They can buy, rate, and choose
from mobile phone. That is a great
aspect for both of us”.
IT supervisor said that-The principle
reason that this Cyber System matter is
that it starts from NIST - following a
period of constant work and a couple of
reviews from general society and private
division.

LINKING WITH OBJECTIVES
 Objective 1: The first objective of the research was to investigate
the impact of cyber security in the field of data management related
to business. This objective has been fulfilled through employee
survey done on the employees of IBS Investment Bank.
 Objective 2: The second objective was to understand the
importance of cyber security in the field of data management
related to business. This objective has been fulfilled through
qualitative analysis of the interview, which identified that the main
reason that this Cyber Framework matter is that it originates from
NIST - following a time of diligent work and a few audits from
general society and private division.
 Objective 3: The third objective is to explore the employee
perspective of importance of cyber security in the field of data
management related to business.
 This helps the firewalls and antivirus programming commonly
perceive known malware; nevertheless, proficient programmers as
often as possible break guards while staying under the radar.

CONCLUSION AND
RECOMMENDATION
 In conclusion, to the research, study it can be stated that
the aim of this research has been fulfilled which was
identified as providing full explanation about the
importance of the cyber security and its understanding in
the field of data management related to the business. In
this, the researcher has provided a case study of IBS
Investment Bank. Moreover, the aim of preparing a
research study in relation to the specific areas of the
business has been accomplished successfully.
 There is no real way to ensure resources are 100 percent
safe. Notwithstanding when every single accessible
system is set up, hoodlums may in any case effectively
penetrate systems. Undertakings must be set up for
these situations – and have recuperation designs
prepared, and digital crisis reaction groups (CERTs) on
standby. CERTs recognize, confirm and counter dangers,
