IBS Bank Case: Cyber Security in Data Management for Business

This case study examines the significance of cyber security in data management, focusing on IBS Investment Bank. The research aims to explain the importance of cyber security and its understanding in business-related data management. It investigates the impact of cyber security, explores employee perspectives, and analyzes the implementation of cyber security measures within IBS Bank. Using a positivism research philosophy and primary research design, the study employs a survey of 100 IBS Investment Bank employees to gather quantitative and qualitative data. The results reveal employee views on the impact of cyber security on business functions, customer investment, bank image, and profitability. The study concludes that cyber security is crucial for data management and recommends that organizations prepare for potential security breaches by establishing recovery plans and cyber emergency response teams.

INTRODUCTION
 IBS investment bank mainly concentrate on providing strategies for
strategic investments for high international individuals or ultra-
institutions.
 They employ integrated approach that takes into consideration, which
most prudent and beneficial in promoting safe return of the investor
and targeted investors (Su, 2015).

RESEARCH AIM
 The aim of this research is to provide full explanation about the
importance of the cyber security and its understanding in the field
of data management related to the business.

RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
 The research main objective is to research various proposals
and provide a descriptive view over the specific areas in
relationship with the business concerned.

METHODOLOGY

 Sampling technique: random Sampling technique
 Data collection technique: primary data collection technique
 Survey method: In the present study, the researcher has chosen
the primary research method involving survey. The survey was
done on a sample size of 100 employees of the IBS Investment
Bank who served as the primary data sources. The survey
questionnaire involved eight close-ended questions, in order to
avoid further chances of doubts
