Reflection is defined as the aspect which is followed in order to share the experience or
thought with the help of written assessment. The reflection is usually focus on the various aspect
which is followed in order to carry the different perspective which is based on the experience

for the development of good psychological perspective which is helpful in order to generate the
positive environment (Armstrong and et. al., 2019). The earlier task usually focusses on the case
study which is related with the Shubha who is facing the issue of negative perception for their
life which may cause issue and problem in order to develop the quality of thinking and others.
The report usually consists of reflection that help to provide the vision for the experience while
dealing with the Shubha for their complication which is associated with the depressive thinking
and demotivation which act as barrier to think productive. In addition, the reflection usually
carries the experience that shared in such a way which is productive in aspect to develop
behaviour of learning. For the treatment of Shubha, the psychological therapies were analysed

While performing in any role whether it is related with the place of work or home, reflection

In the context with the learning and development, I used to gain various knowledge and skill
while dealing with the patient who is facing the issue of depression for the longer period. While

providing the therapies which is based on the positive psychology usually develop a sense of
motivation and encouragement which is followed for the development of quality of life and
foster the personalities. While I providing the sense of development which is related with the
positive psychology, it usually focuses on the development of good personalities and other
essential aspect which is related with the term of learning. The positive psychology also plays
vital role for me while providing the aspect for other where I used to knowns the meaning and
concept of good psychology which may be helpful for the contribution of various learning and
development (Miller, 2019).
With my fundamental experience with the concept of positive psychology has been
overwhelmingly enriching and I have been able to understand the meaning and their impact on
the general population, moreover, it also helps me with my research finding to my own life. I had
small notion of what the positive psychology was before this semester. Therefore, the learning is
usually show their aspect which is based on the research studies and their course fining which
help me to see and develop the positive approach for myself which contributed towards the
quality of life with the nature which is helping and playing relevance for the support. While
providing the care or management to a depressive patient with the help of core knowledge of
positive psychology. The experience has helped me to get understanding, retain and apply the
positive psychology principle which is related with the own behaviour and perspective which is
associated with the course of action as well. Regarding the experience which is achieved during
such session of caring will help me to keep focus on the major merit of positive psychology
which is showing the most substantial effect on the own personalities which provide additional
value in the attitude and attribute (Neff and et. al., 2018).
I had prior experience with the concept of mindfulness, but my consistent which show the
efforts with the course of practice within the placement in order to get the benefits than I had
previously taking the approach of meditation and relaxation. I usually enjoy the structure and
pattern of lesson which is associated with the positive psychology. In addition, it provides me
proper analysis and examination of the concept of mindfulness and psychology which may take

of factor. This gave me motivation in order to practice and strive for more mindful living in the

For example, in the earlier I did not know that the positive psychology is usually show the
aspect of movement which has root in the humanistic branch of psychology. In addition, I also
developed thought which is related with the cognitive tradition in the psychology that play a
huge role with the term of emotion. In addition, the it usually makes the sense to me regarding
the finding which is act as research focus on social connection as the gateways which is helpful
resources and also how positive institution such as university and positive group which is refer as
the family are usually build and help us in order to actualise the potential for the living above
zero (Simmons, Nelson and Simonsohn, 2018). Therefore, the humanistic viewpoint provides the
influence which is show the aspect towards the positive psychology movements. With the
guidance of positive factor, the best abilities are usually witness in the patient recovery where
Shubha think proportionally and generate the aspect which is focused on the keeping the
atmosphere positive and encouraging in the term of classroom. It helps to give the best
opportunity for the people with positive psychology which is show their ability to flourish the
environment. The usefulness of the positive atmosphere is harnessed which allow the student in
order to grow their strength. With these all aspect the perception which also show the ability
which help to build the foundation which is deeper and profound that is related with the
happiness in the life of the child. The majority of these action is usually focus on the action
which is completely depend on the emotional strength which is related with the individual
strength (Töpfer and Wilz, 2021).
With the help of positive psychology, the strength towards the well organised factor has
been evolve which may place relevant approach for the remembering of thing which is functional
for the growth and developing of personalities with positive ways. I am also achieving a good
skill while applying the aspect of positive psychology. There are some of the component which
is gather inside the positive psychology which may influence the positive environment. the
component is PERMA model. The PERMA model is defined as the acronym for the following
five elements of the wellbeing. I also evaluate the positive emotion or the expeirnece which is

hope which is expanded for the future. The engagement or the achievement which is related with
the aspect of flow with the enjoyable activities and suggested with the hobbies. The PERMA
theory of the wellbeing is defined as an attempt to answer these fundamental question which is
analysed with positive psychology. There are five building blocks that usually enable the
flourishing that is positive emotion, engagement, relationship, meaning and accomplishment and
there are some of the technique which help to enhance the issue of factor (Wong, 2020).
Positive psychology idea of the wellbeing can be equated with the ultimate aim of the
humanity, finding towards the aspect of meaning and fulfilment in the term of life and living
lives. In my perceptive, the philosophical studies are usually focus on the ancient Greece and
academic of people usually ask to themselves and each other that what are the highest aim of life
and how we achieve it. With this, the question is always answered with the several ways from the
last centuries. The contemporary answer which is received from the people is usually from the
various of perspective that blend the science and psychology that is influenced of rich tradition
and studies in the aspect of humanities. These are all question are the initial part of the therapies
which is provided to someone for their mental health issue which is analyse within the case study
such as Shubha case study. In addition, I always use the positive psychology in every field for
the development of quality of life and understanding the need of people regards with the
personalities. There is various approach which is focused within the functional life that provide
the aspect to live independently and generate the thought which is full of resilience and motivate
other for the development of happiness. I also acknowledge that the positive psychology always
works as the mainstream which reflect the course of knowledge which is produce joy and
happiness in the various ways which may be tiny or little space in the environment of whole sky.
These all perspective are developed with the concern of positive environment which is fulfilled
the aspect and prepare the person to deal with challenges and difficulties which may render the
health that is associated with mental, physical and emotional (Wong, Mayer and Arslan, 2021).

As per the above discussion, it is analysed that the issue with the mental health especially the
person who is dealing with the depression and anxiety are get treated with the positive
psychology. The positive psychology has wider range of principle and component are focus on
