United Arab Emirates. Dahabshil has a deal with more than 126 countries as it has employed
more than 2000 people in their organization. The main reason for selecting this organization
is that the investigator is from Somali and it is also located in the Somali that could be
effective for conducting the survey and collecting data. It will also save my traveling cost that
can be essential for the research.

increase the reliability of the research outcome. This method is more suitable as compared to
another method (Audretsch, Lehmann, and Wright, 2014). Moreover, the literature review
method is practiced by the investigator for getting the feasible content towards the research
matter. It could also be effective in the attainment of the research task. In addition, it is also
found that the survey through the questionnaire is collected by face by face to interaction. It
could also lead to meet the aim and objectives of the research matter effectively (Saeidi, et
al., 2015).

The research design could consider two methods like qualitative, quantitative, and mixed
method. For conducting this study, the researcher has practiced mixed research design as it
allows to the investigator for conducting the theoretical and numerical information about the
research matter (Meyer and Peng, 2016). This method is effective for conducting this study in
a systematic manner. The qualitative method only allows getting the non-measurable
information while the quantitative method facilitates to get statistical information. Both
methods could be mandated to get limited information that would directly effect on the
overall performance of the research outcome. In this study, the mixed method has been
considered due to obtaining benefits of both methods qualitative as well as quantitative
method (Kennedy, Welch, and Monshipouri, 2017).
Research strategy
The research strategy is leading to the participants for collecting reliable information towards
the research matter. There are certain methods which are consistent of research strategies like
a case study, survey through questionnaire, content analysis method, and literature review
method. In this, the researcher has used the survey through questionnaire method, which
leads to collect direct responses of the participants towards the research issue. It could also
increase the reliability of the research outcome. This method is more suitable as compared to
another method (Audretsch, Lehmann, and Wright, 2014). Moreover, the literature review
method is practiced by the investigator for getting the feasible content towards the research
matter. It could also be effective in the attainment of the research task. In addition, it is also
found that the survey through the questionnaire is collected by face by face to interaction. It
could also lead to meet the aim and objectives of the research matter effectively (Saeidi, et
al., 2015).
