What did we do?

is required. In order to plan this business it is essential to identify the necessity and importance of
this business in the market which helps me to understand the positive outcomes of this farming.
What did I learn?
I came to learn many things in order to plan a new business especially the marketing techniques. I
have also learn the use of donkey milk in the day-to-day life but it is essential for the business to
be involved in great marketing techniques no matter how much beneficial business they are
doing. I learn that it digital marketing these days can help any individual to grow their business
from a lower level to the higher-level.

How can I apply this to my project?
A business is a continuous process and in order to achieve success I need to make regular plans
for the growth and development of business. Actions in preparing the business plan for the new
business will help me to develop my planning skills which will be applicable to my project for its

plan. I also required to research about the requirement of the project in that area which will help
me to get some feedback from the market.

I am going to do my project in Macedonia with the help of a proper research of the market and

In order to have a smart objective, the objective is required to develop in such a manner that it

Specific – To start a donkey milk supply in Balkan region to provide milk based cosmetic and
health products. The company has a specific business for top donkey raw milk supply and milk
based products of health and cosmetic.
Measurable – The company has an objective to increase their products like shampoo lotion cream
and other variety of which will help the company to measure its expansion in the market.
Achievable – The high demand of donkey milk in the market makes the objective of the business
to be achievable.
Realistic – The objective that is framed by the company's realistic as it is possible in this market to
increase their sales of cosmetic and health product as there is a growing demand of organic
products in the market.
Time Frame – The company has an objective to managed to business in two phases first is the
supply of RAW milk and the second is to create own branded products. The company wants to
