A Dance Flash Mob is organised at the college to bring the people together for fun and
relaxation. We are a team of five people and each member of our team has contributed
their valuable time and efforts to organise the event. We discuss and share our unique ideas
for the success of the event (Grant, 2016). We also decided to bear customised T-shirts with
a good message on it;" Worry less, Dance more”. Thus, the original idea of a Dance Flash
Mob helps us to generate a Buzz and express the creativity of our team.

REFLECTION

Zumba and more. I believed that I really enjoyed well and able to make many new friends. In
addition, Dance is my strength that helps me to express my emotions and develop my
strength for oneself (Cheson et al., 2014).
Moreover, I really enjoyed group dancing with my college friends and establish a good bond
with my classmate. After the Flash Mob, I really felt good and get connected with my
friends. Everyone in the college enjoys a lot at the time of Bhangra in the Flash Mob.
Everyone put their efforts together to learn new skills and new dance movements.
The crowd at the Flash Mob focus more on dancing rather than warm-ups and other
workouts. I personally of the opinion that our college should specially arrange dance
workshops and classes so that individual can enrich their abilities of dance. This will also
help in keeping oneself as energetic and enthusiastic.
