psychological effect. There are different components of
psychological stress these all are considered as work related stress,
chronic illness, bereavement, loss and illness. Psychological
theories play most effective role in providing most suitable
products and services to their potential clients in order to
satisfying their needs and wants. Psychological theories classified
among various parts, in which some are described as under:
Behavioural Theories: This also known as behaviourism, it can
have considered as the theory of learning which is based on the
idea and thoughts that all behaviours are accumulated through
conditioning.
Cognitive theory: This can be described as the essential theory of
psychology which concerned on internal state like problem
solving, decision making, motivation, attention and thinking.
Development theories: It helps in providing a framework for
thinking that are based on human growth, development and
learning.
Humanistic theory: This theory is developed in the year of 1950s.
Previous theories are concern on abnormal behaviour and
psychological problems, humanistic theory consist on goodness
and kindness of human beings.
Personality theory: This theory looks at the pattern of feeling,
behaviour and thoughts which helps in making a person more
unique on the basis of their characteristic. This theory is based on
human personality as each individual carries different personality
which relay on their behaviour and attitude.
Social psychology theory: this theory is concerned on maintain
understanding and explain social behaviour. This theory is
basically centred on some special social phenomena, involving
behaviour of group, social influence, pro-social behaviour, care
and love etc.
Psychological theories in relation to individual: Emotional
disturbance can be considered as the exhibiting one or more of the
characteristics over a long period of time and to marked as a degree
which adversely affects a child's performance that are related with
education, mental and physical development. An inability to learn

nature and behaviour of individual. Daniel was facing various issues
in his lifespan as he was not going good due to his mental condition.

relationship with customers in order to serving them most appropriate
and suitable services.
Daniel is a 42 years old man who is living with his foster family.
Daniel grew up without his biological parents as they both are died in
quick succession. At the age of 11 he was fostered to home but the
memories of orphanage took a long time on his adolescent life. He
was facing various issues from his childhood, he was very much
reserved in nature as he does not like to communicate with others. He
was found in an uncompleted building without his cloths in the season
of winter. The case study of Daniel is based on social psychological
theory as he was not able to communicate with large number of
people due to his mental condition. As he was facing various issues in
his life and according to him he was hiding from a group of people
who he felt was threatening his life after dispossessing him of his
property. As he was not in good mental condition so refused the
offered of housing authority and kept on saying that he is being
haunted through the hoodlums.

Mental disorder is known as mental illness which consist to a
wide range of mental health conditions. Disorder can be
explaining as the factor which affect the mood, thinking and
behaviour of person. As Daniel was facing various issues in his
life, his mental condition was not good. He does not like to talk
with others due to his reserved kind of nature. When he was 19
years old social services discovered that Daniel was not prepared
or not having any kind of skills to live an independent life. In a
winter season, one day he was found in an uncompleted building
without his cloth and according to him he was hiding from a
group of people who he felt threatening. He was not in a good
mental state as he was facing issue or stress in his life.
The report of health care suggest that Daniel may be having a
metal health disturbance. In this present case study, the

the actual condition of case. This psychology is based on meta-
model as people are having various risks in their life such as

as they are having lots of work at home. It is required for
each individual to having a need for a sense of identity
about own self. This major need of each person is to
having a sense of control, the different choices of people
increases the sense of control. These all principles are
having a huge effect on changing behaviour of people.
