Key performance indicators for Darebin city bowls clubs
Key performance indicators refer to the type of performance measurement, which helps in evaluating the success of an organization
or the specific activities performed by it. Following are the key performance indicators for the venue manager of Darebin city bowls
club. This key performance indicator focuses on the smart objectives, which should be attained by the management team
(Parmenter, 2015).
Actual day attendance- To meet the KPI the venue manager should focus on getting around 350 -390 seats occupied by attendees
at the city bowls club.
Attendee satisfaction- The success of an event relies on the experience earned by the people attending the event, positive and
fervent experience of people helps in publishing the event on next level. It should be ensured that attendees may get a clear view of
the event.
Monetary returns-The success or the feedback of an event can be drawn from the total sales generated by the event. Thus the
return should be higher than assumed.
Cost reduction- The venue manager should also look after the cost incurred on organizing the events (Darebin, 2019). It is preferred
that the returns should be higher than the actual cost incurred.
Lastly, Employee satisfaction- The venue manger should keep the charge of the employees working for event. The behavior of
managerial staff with employees should be respectable. This gives the employees satisfaction and boosts the employees to work
harder (Gevme, 2019).
