Current Business Process:
The primary purpose of the study is discussing the aged and old process of the
organization that is reengineered because of some technical aspects. At the time of initiating the
project the aim of DarkMatter is hiring additional two-fifty more employees. The project is to
improve the existing recruitment process so that Talent Acquisition team of DarkMatter can meet
its target. The organization did not advertise the news of recruitment in the newspapers and other
media. The people within the organization only has the information of the acquisition and they
share the news with the people they know. The Talent Acquisition team accepts few needed
documents of temporary employment that is later evaluated and forwarded to the management.
The interviews are done for checking the accuracy of collected references and documents.
Temporary Employment: The organization hires temporary employees for a time period
of six months. This temporary hiring is an issue as most of the talented and hard-working people
used to leave the organization by the working period ends. The temporary appointments are
being done for meeting the demand of requested manpower. The temporary employments are
being done based on the eligibility criteria.

Job application form: The applicants themselves fill-up the application form and send to
Talent Acquisition team of DarkMatter. An applicant can submit only one request for every job
advertisement.
Application Data Entry: After the applicant receive the application form, the application
fills the form and submit it into the website or portal. The recruiter automatically receive the
information of application form submission and assess the submitted application. The recruiter
evaluates the form data validation and check if provided information is authentic. Moreover, if
the provided data is valid and matches with the criteria of job then application form information
is stored into the system. These information are later distributed among the other authorized
employees like coordinator, on-board specialist and team-lead.
Conducting Interview: Once the data is valid and form is accepted, the coordinator
schedules a date for interview. This interview data is shared with the candidate. The candidate
will have no power over changing the interview date. The on-board specialist will conduct the
interview with the candidate and enter the result into the system.
Job Offer: Once the interview is successful, the interview related data are sent to team
lead. The team lead will decide whether to accept or reject the candidate. The candidate will have
the power to accept or reject job offer based on the terms on conditions organization has decided.
