identification of issue (Grassini and Laumann, 2020). It will help the company to know the real
problem and sentiments of employees because there are chances that employees will not feel
comfortable while sharing information directly withy management but this mode helps them to
express their views more freely. Percentage of validity and reliability is also very high in this

so data regarding reason of demotivation should focus well. As it is a major issue so views of
every individual employees need to be considered. This is because there are chance that some
employees will not have this issue, or they may have different issue. It is also possible that this
issue raise due to biasses of payroll department of company.
So while collecting data, HR have to carefully analyse every associated aspect or element
of the problem. Data regarding actual pay that employees are receiving, their proposed payment
data and various other should also need to be collected by company. This is important that there
are chances that company is doing best from its side but due to internal management issue,
employees are receiving less. Therefore, while collecting data company always have to consider
