Data given in the context of a range of complaints including surveys have been employed
to evaluate and contrast the characteristics and limitations of every medical treatment center, and
views have been shared on the basis of areas where they function effectively and those needing
management intervention.
Task 1: Key Trends
In the data given for Complaints obtained throughout 01 July 2020 and 31 Aug. 2020;
pattern analyses are not feasible unless data is collected for monthly and therefore there's no link
among data over such a span of time. However, the trend reveals that there is a significant
difference in the figures of reports reported between three medical centers namely the Kirkwood
Medical Center, Breadleaf Medical Center as well as Sycamore Medical Center; this again raises
a concern when contrasting such medical centers due to the uneven scale of these centers. Then,
there are data surveys of 3 medical centers owned by NW-Kent Medical Practices Group. In
this, three medical centers are ranked in four separate sections; strongly disagreed, strongly
agreed, disagreed and agreed. The queries posed by clients, same as in case of the
