INTRODUCTION
Data analysis is a process of collecting and manipulating data which allows organizations to
gain useful knowledge (Kombi, 2018). It help the managers of researchers to formulate strategies
to improve the overall efficiency according to the requirement. In other words, data analysis is
mainly intended to examine what information relies on perception, which it may require. The
research focuses mainly on data processing, in which data are related to ten days
consecutive payment of different bills. A large number of measurements such as mean, phase,
medium, and forecasts are also included in the project report.

CONCLUSION
The findings suggest that data interpretation is too important to determine the particular
result of data sets compilation. This research identified different properties such as mean, mode,
median, and many more. Additionally the linear method to predict the amount of bills paid for
the 12 and 14 days. These methods used by the organizations to measure the different types of
data. Finding of these calculations helps the company’s managers to make strategic decisions and
further implemented in order to maximise the overall efficiency as well as effectiveness.
