TASK 1
A) The Onfood is an online business that provides home delivery of food from different
restaurant and hotels. It is integrated with various street food stalls. It allows customers to book
rooms in hotel as well. My plan in long run is to expand and grow business in wide areas. Also, I
want to add some more services as well. For this I want some funds. I will utilise them in
developing infrastructure and expansion. Moreover, some amount I will use it for marketing and
promotion.

By designing spreadsheet it was easy for me to record expenses and income for each month
in effective way (McKelvey, 2018). Also, I was able to analyse that in what month my expenses
was high and low. Moreover, through sheet I easily calculated expenses and profits generated in

each month. For this I used formulas as it gave precise and accurate results. They are pre defined
in excel which just needs to be applied. Alongside it, the data cell changes as it is linked with
formulas.
Furthermore, I used bar graph so that it I able to compare between them and analyse it.
Besides this, it shows each data category and its frequency and display numbers of multiple
categories in visual form. So, through this change in trends is easily analysed.
