INTRODUCTION
One of the most critical things is data analysis, which aids in determining the important
factors of the business that have a lot of importance in the current market (Asborno, 2020). This
study examines PETRONAS, which was established in Malaysia and has been in operation for a
long time, and thus has a much larger market share than other competitors in the same industry.
The report covers many of the important aspects of the business, such as its sales and human
resource departments, as well as the effective use of big data to increase the company's
importance in the market.
TASK 1
1.1
Process Map
The company specialises in oil and gas operations, repairs, and maintenance. The
Malaysian oil and gas sector has benefited from High Level Strategy's assistance, and it will

continue to do so. HIGHBASE offers a wide range of cleaning, repair, and maintenance facilities
for containment vessels and water storage tanks (fixed and floating roofs). Just a few of the tools
available include program management, specific and dimension survey, works coping and job
pack scheduling, resource & project implementation, project materials procurement, pressure
vessels / tanks washing, repair, and maintenance. Services such as HAZMAT and TENORM are
available. Between 2005 and December 2013, HIGH BASE completed approximately 200
projects involving over 800 pressure vessels offshore and onshore. HIGH BASE has also worked
in crude oil refineries and ports, washing, repairing, and maintaining storage tanks (Bernardo,
2019). By leveraging our vast experience and service strengths, we will be able to add more
value to our customers. The primary sector of High Base Strategic Sdn Bhd is management and
maintenance services. HSSB provides essential services to the oil and gas industry to ensure that
operations operate smoothly and effectively in terms of time, with no damages or accidents that
could halt a project's progress. This is the responsibility of a section of the Highbase Operation &
Maintenance team. The team will ensure that everything is in working order and under control.
Job sets, site surveys, and final reports are all handled by the team. These documents are required
to ensure that any work that the HSSB has contracted with a company is completed effectively
and on time. Its primary outputs are Under the High base brand, High base Strategic Sdn Bhd
does not produce any specific products. The High Base Company's products are sourced from a
range of manufacturers and companies that specialise in developing products for the best Oil &
Gas Industry Operation & Maintenance Services. It provides the market with the required
equipment, materials, and consumables. It is known for using the highest quality products
available for any services provided by the High base Company, such as maintenance, cleaning,
or services, in order to ensure that every customer of the High base Strategic Sdn Bhd receives
the best possible service and satisfaction. Whereas, in the sector in which it operates, it offers the
following services:
Pressure vessel cleaning and repair
Tank cleaning and maintenance Services for Fixed and Floating Roofs
Cleaning and maintenance of heat exchangers, columns, strippers, CPIs, and reactors
Services for Hazardous Materials Decontamination and monitoring
Services for Onshore/Offshore Blasting and Coating Facilities Changes have been made to
manpower, chemicals, valves, and pipe fittings, among other items (Bertheussen, 2016).

TENORM provides inspection and monitoring services
High Base provides these services because they are essential and important in the Oil & Gas
industry. They're also made to minimise or reduce the risk of any unneeded downtime, which
may result in a reduction in our client's production. They can also prevent other major setbacks,
such as fines that could result in financial losses and leaks that could harm employees or the
environment. Later in the details portion, these tools will be explored in greater detail.
1.2
It can be said that the decisions that can be taken from the process map above is that all the
factors are taken into consideration so that all the things can be analysed and evaluated so that
appropriate decisions can be taken in that regard which can help in taking proper decision which
can prove beneficial for the company in the long run. There are several decisions that are taken
in order to increase the company's productivity and effectiveness, and the ones that are most
commonly used allow to enhance overall safety so that confidence can be built, resulting in a
multifold increase in results. Strategic Sdn Bhd has been emphasising the importance of safe
work practises since its inception. It has created a set of rules that must be followed and that
differ depending on the circumstances. It also makes it illegal for office employees to smoke in
all of the building's internal areas. Since the offices' wall shelves are stacked high with work
pack documents, this is the case. Any fire that begins with the papers has the potential to spread
across the entire house. Other office laws require employees to follow good workplace
behaviour. Employees should not engage in risky or unhealthy behaviours that could harm or
endanger themselves or the environment. The standard attire selection that is allowed in office
areas, as seen in the picture above (Bulteau, Feuillet and Dantan, 2019). When attending
important events, the attire should always be business casual, with the option of adding a jacket
for a more formal look. Shoes and socks must be discarded before entering non-shoes office
areas. When it comes to the safety of those who work in the office's back yard, they must follow
different rules than those who work in the office. The rules' main goal is to keep yard workers
healthy in the case of any accidental injuries or incidents. With the exception of being less strict,
the yard safety laws are almost similar to any field site workers in any Oil & Gas Industrial
safety legislation. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required for all employees in the yard
section, regardless of rank (PPE). If an office worker wants to visit the yard field, he or she must

set of coveralls, a hard hat, and a pair of safety boots. When doing any work that could result in
accidents or injuries, higher successful Tactical staff wore a Reflector Vest, a Kassie, and a pair
of Safety Boots as standard Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
1.3
There is a need for digitalisation in any sector because it helps to improve efficiency while
lowering overall costs. As a result, the above-mentioned firm has used advanced technology to
help it maintain and thrive in the long run as opposed to its competitors in the same industry. The
organisation has begun to use a finger-based attendance system so that each employee's work
hours can be measured in a very detailed manner, allowing for a reasonable assessment and
review of all aspects of the company's activity in the long run. Apart from that, the organization's
manufacturing process has been improved as a result of the company's acquisition of cutting-
edge technical machines that minimise labour work and appear to increase production capacity
while also lowering the total cost of production per unit of output (Danial, Feldman and Hutterer,
2019). Also it can be said that digitalisation is very useful and beneficial in the current scenario
as it can help in gathering a large number of customers and that too within a limited time frame
which can further help in the overall improvement of the company as a whole.

There are numerous management structures that can assist an organisation in growing and
prospering in the current business situation, which is highly competitive and complex in nature.
Sales and human resources are the most critical aspects of it because they contribute to the
company's reputation and are useful in growing as well as enhancing its overall conditioning and
positioning in the long run. One of the most significant factors is the sales department, which
aids in enhancing the firm's efficiency by rising the amount of output it generates in the current
industry (Wittenburg, 2021). The management of sales includes all aspects that are closely
connected to it, such as the quantity and quality of the goods and services that the firm is
generating in the market, in order to maximise the experience of its customers, which can be
beneficial in raising its market value, particularly in a competitive setting. As the human
resources department assists in finding the best applicant for the job so that the person's

experience and knowledge can be applied to the business to make it more successful and, as a
result, long-term success can be achieved (Espinosa-Oviedo, 2020). There is a proper system of
evaluation used in the process so that the deserving applicant can be selected from all of the
options available to the organisation, and the human resource department assists it in selecting
the best candidate who can increase the enterprise's value in the sector in which it operates. Thus,
all of the factors are very important and critical at the same time for each and every firm that
operates in the market, regardless of the industry in which they operate, but the aspects of sales
and human resource are the most important and essential because they are regarded as the
backbone of the firm mentioned above because it has a lot of value for a company.

As can be seen from the above, a thorough outline is prepared first so that the
improvements that can be made in the organisation can contribute to the achievement and
fulfilment of all the necessary goals and objectives that were set up at the start of the business
can be analysed. As a result, it can be said that big data analysis is extremely important and is

one of the reasons for the organization's enormous success in a competitive industry (Naimipour,
Guzdial and Shreiner, 2020).

The analysis of big data is very important to the organisation that has been selected above
because the enterprise operates on a large scale and therefore it is very important to use it

boost and enhance their overall efficiency, which can help them increase sales volume and, in
turn, profitability in the long run. Intelligence tools are very important because they can add a lot
of value to a company by raising profitability and lowering total costs that would otherwise be
incurred. As a result, the company that uses them in the market becomes very profitable. The
intelligence tool that is supposed to do for the business company that has been chosen above is to
improve actual efficiency, and as a result, high expectations are to be set, which is one of the
signs that the firm is growing both internally and externally. Artificial intelligence is a tool that
can be very useful because it helps in raising the potential of the workers who are employed and
also does measurements, analysis, and assessment in a precise and reliable manner such that
reasonable decisions can be made to help the business improve its potential in terms of volume
of revenue and profitability. There are a number of different opportunities that it provides
starting from gaining new and large number of customers to increasing and expanding the
business many folds.

Artificial intelligence is the business method mentioned above, and it is primarily used by
large corporations to improve their productivity and effectiveness so that waste can be minimised
or eliminated, resulting in improved profitability in the sector of service. It will assist the taken
business company in increasing its productivity because it can result in lower costs and therefore
benefit that can be directly passed to consumers, resulting in a larger base of customers drawn to
the firm's products and services. Apart from that, it will increase the value of the stakeholders
because higher profitability means higher income for the business, which increases the interest of
potential stakeholders, which has a positive impact on the company's operations (Nitu, Coelho
and Madiraju, 2021). It can also help in taking new and innovative decisions and can prove
useful in reducing overall costs.

Artificial intelligence is the recommended method for the company because it can help the
company significantly improve its efficiency and contribute to the achievement of all desired
goals in a short period of time. The various aspects of it are discussed in depth below, with
reference to the organisation listed below-
Security issues- Artificial intelligence offers a business an advantage in terms of
protection since it is extremely safe and operates in a pattern that is difficult to decipher,
providing additional security to the firm's data and documents and thereby preventing data and
document leakage if it is used in the company (Sekhar, 2019). Also it can help in improving the
security issues by providing ample resources to the company.
Social impacts of the business- The social effects of the company are very important,
because it keeps track of them so that it can contribute to the overall growth and development of
society. There are a lot of things that this technology helps including improving the social aspect
of the community.
CONCLUSION
From the above, it can be inferred that it is critical for the company to analyse and assess all
factors that are directly or indirectly related to the business in order to make relevant and
required decisions and changes, and to do so within a reasonable time frame, in order to help the
company thrive in the market in which it operates.
