The analysis utilizes tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Oracle BI to extract insights from the collected datasets. The project identifies key areas for improvement, such as optimizing stock levels, reducing food wastage, and understanding donation patterns. The analysis reveals that tinned vegetables have the highest stock, while other food types are in short supply. Client C014 has the highest consumption of food parcels, and donor D009 shows the most significant wastage of donations. The project recommends strategies to reduce wastage, improve the balance of food types, and enhance donation collection and distribution. The insights gained from the data analysis will assist Trussel Trust in making informed decisions and enhancing their services.
