AI Summary
This report presents a comprehensive statistical analysis of mobile application data. The report is structured into several sections, each focusing on a specific aspect of the data. Section 1 provides an overview of the dataset, which includes information on various mobile app categories, user details, content ratings, and pricing. Section 2 analyzes the proportion of free and paid apps, while Section 3 delves into the price distribution of paid apps and identifies outliers. Section 4 examines the distribution of paid apps across different categories, utilizing T-tests to compare their price differences. Section 5 investigates the relationship between app ratings and reviews using correlation analysis. Finally, Section 6 explores the correlation between different countries and the communication applications used by students. The report includes tables, figures, and interpretations to support the findings. Data collection methods, limitations, and key statistical findings are presented throughout the report.

SECTION 1
A) Description about the data set 1
The data set are combined of the various mobile application related to the different field
such as medical, tools, communication, health, games, video players, education, travel and local,
Arcade, entertainment, photography, news and magazines etc. The data set provide the detail
information about the collected data, their users, content rating, price, last update, current
version, android version etc. The data set also shows the reviews and ratings of customer to
understand the uses and popularity of different category of application.
The presented dataset are secondary data which are collected from the different sources
such as various sites, users etc. There are different types of variables such as categorical variable,
continues variable etc. All the text variables are the part of categorical variable such as different
category of application; tools, medical, education, productivity, travel and local, family games
and their types such as free or paid, content rating etc. (Types of Variables in Statistics and
Research, 2019). In continuous variable all the numeric variables are included such as price of
the application, last updated time, rating of users etc.
B) Collection of data for dataset 2
Data are collected by interviewing the students from the different country that what kind
of application is used by them for communication. The limitation of the dataset while collecting
the data are:
ï‚· Time constraints
ï‚· Limited respondents etc.
It is based on primary method of data collection and all the variables are categorical variable.
