Job Description: The Data Scientist positions are responsible for the collection, collation
and consolidation of disparate sources and/or large amounts of structure and unstructured
data into usable formats and using various data analytics and interrogation processes to assist
in deriving insights and application. The Data Scientist, reporting to the Senior Data Scientist,
writes and tests necessary code.
Job Specification:
 Help develop, and adhere to, Hub technical SOPs for model management and
retention; - Read, write and test and optimizes code;
 Applies machine learning techniques and tools to assist in interpretation and
conversion of raw data into structured and accessible formats; - Create models and
visual / pictorial presentation of data per project brief.
Requirements:
 Degree Qualifications in a Data Science, IT Engineering and/or Advanced
Mathematics;
 At least 1-3 years’ professional commercial experience
 Working knowledge and experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB or
Postgres.
