INTRODUCTION
Every person has a goal or an objective which he wants to achieve in his life. Some goal
is to be a Doctor, some dream to be a scientist, some of teacher likewise I also have a dream of
becoming a Data Analytics. To gain the things what you dream of acquisition of required skills
and knowledge is very much essential. These skills and knowledge helps a person in becoming
specialist into the field of his interest. To gain success, I have joined many courses and internship
which can provide me with the required knowledge. I personally believe that money is not the
ultimate success. When a person becomes fully knowledgeable or become a master in the field of
his interest in which he wants to pursue his career money would flows him not he would have to
flow money.

Acquisitions of the skills and knowledge are very much necessary. It is required for the
attainment of the objectives which an individual has set for himself. When I research about the
market I realize that there is a huge rise into the demand for data analytics. The data analytics is a
profession where the employees has to interpretation the data or information and have to take out
the facts or information from this (Ali and Menke, 2014). From the data is collected the
employee has to analyze it and need to make the further decisions about the data which helps the
organization in their growth and development. They say information is the key. Now many
companies are making the products which satisfy the need of customers and they detect the
needs of the customers by analyzing the data which states about the behavior, attitude and trends
of the market. From the collected data the companies analyze it and then come up with the
interpretations of that data. To be a data analytics one has to be very good in mathematics
subjects because to calculate the information or to interpretation the numerical data one has to
use the mathematics formulas. After completing my high schooling from Saint Burks high
school, I have made my mind to become a data analytics. Future I also do my researches about
the courses and degree which one needs to attain to get that knowledge.
In my high school days I was a very brilliant student in maths subject that I always used
to get high scores and merit in this subject. Mathematics was always been my forte and a field of
my interest. After completing my high school, I searched for the courses which can provide me
the proper training for data analytics. I took the help of google and wrote down few options
which I believe were a brilliant institute and coaching for data analytics. To confirm this I also
went to a counselor who has helped me in choosing the right institute for my course. Finally after
analyzing the alternatives which I had for the coaching I choose one which was near to my house
and also provides the best coaching when it comes to data analytics (Arulmani and et. al.,2014). I
decided on this course since I accepted that its rules can assist me with boosting characteristics
that permit me to have the option to contend with others,as well as, manage me, so dependent on

information to secure, I can point different skylines and dispatch myself to ventures that permit
me to deal with my own. Concerning the college, it could be anybody, yet truly, this was the
main college or the first I met with subjects that intrigued me.
My choice to come back to the college structure in the goal to accept the open door of time that
pass quick and don't give us some other opportunity to compensate for some recent setbacks, yet
my past examinations have likewise affected my decision, taking into account that, I can't chip
away at sake of the other and that there is an extraordinary edge of move for making take a shot
at our own, in light of including the new thoughts and future ventures to this entire procedure
also.
The calculations and the data interpretations influence me in going for this field. Deriving the
trend, human behavior, their perspectives, way of thinking from data is really an interesting task
to perform. In today’s competitive world where data is everything, companies hire more and
more data analytics to help them in understanding more about the customers or then targeted
groups (Brown and Brown, 2012). The factor that push me for this dynamic was clearly the
positive reasoning even mindful of the troubles due to be encircled by different duties that keep
us from doing as such. Work is something that fits well in my life, I attempt to adjust giving the
best of me, attempting to understand the most ideal approach to do them with the goal that they
become simpler and of basic execution through the blend among information and the experience
procured in the working environment
This entire procedure just assists with exalting our fitness in the quest for arrangements and in

After choosing the coaching, I studied more about it at coaching and also from myself. And I
used to research more about the techniques or the methods about data analytics. The take the
help of online free classes, you tube and google where the read more articles, books, journals and
many more about my chosen field. After the completion of my course, the institute provides me
with an A+ grade certificate stating my excellence in this stream. The certificate had proven as a
proof to show a authentic person who have the knowledge for data analytics.
Further development areas
Although I have gained my authentic certificate for data analytics, I needed some
practical skills where I can apply my learning. An internship would be a perfect example for
performing my learning skills and knowledge (Claussen and et. al., 2014). They say that an

individual would get perfect in a task when he performs it. The theory is quite different from the
practical. Practical would make a person very much perfect into his field of work. So before
entering into the actual corporate world or before getting a job, there were many skills which I
believe were lacking in me some of these skills include:
Presentation skills: Presentation skills are very much necessary important for any individual.
Because In my field where I have to analyze the data and need to interpreted it, I also required to
interpretation it before others usually my clients and my superiors to make them aware about the
conclusions which I have derived from the given information or data. Presentations skills also
include the skills of dressing, actions, communications, paralanguage and all. The presentation
skills is considered as a important for all individuals. Therefore this is one of the area where I
believe that I might require more efforts to put on (Gibbs, McGready and Griffin, 2015). To
work on this skill, I saw many online video for the development of presentation skills, after fro
this I also used to practice myself in front of mirror of my paralanguage, my expressions, the
dressings of me and all.
Communication skills: I observed this in myself I sometimes gets failed in addressing to the
people properly. Communication skills are very much necessary as they have a person in
communicating properly his thoughts, ideas or any message to the receiver. When the
communication is effective and efficient, people would prefer more to listen you as they can
understand you very well but when your communication skills are not proper the people won’t
be able to understand about your message and will not consider you as important. For
eliminating this problem, I used to practice for myself in front f mirror and used to talk to myself
about any topic which randomly popped into my mind. Apart from this a also took classes for
better communication skills which had taught me both written and oral communication. From the
classes I learned how to write and formal letter and the rules which need to take under account
for drafting a letter.
Leadership skills: A leader is a person who is able to influence the others towards a particular
direction. There are some people who are born with such qualities and there are some people
who build these qualities in them. A leadership quality is essential to posses to lead a team
towards the direction of a particular team or goal. These qualities can be build through learning
about the qualities which is need to have in a leader, reading the autobiography of great leaders
which help an individual to look up to them and gain their qualities (Patton and McMahon,
2014).
Practical skills: I also was lacking behind in attaining the practical knowledge me my learning
which I had acquired from coaching for data analytics. The practical knowledge is very much
needed for attaining the full command upon that area. To overcome this issue, I planned to join
an internship which would provide me an overlook about the work of data analytics and helped
me in gaining the practical knowledge about the same.

Action plans
Action plans are the plans or the steps which needs to undertake now to achieve the
required objective or success. Planning is very much necessary to perform is it helps an
individual in stating the right path which he intent to follow. To follow the action plans a person
need to be very much determined and persistent towards his goals. He needs to set a time table
which covers the steps or the skills which he needs to grab in his life in a particular time period.
This time table would helped him n the attainment of his objective and goal for success. Talking
about success to too easy but to attain it is way much difficult. The success is not a cup of tea, a
person have to combine days and nights to achieve it (Sampson and et. al., 2014). The actions
plans for me which I have prepared are:
Taking an internship: My first and foremost task is to take an internship which has helped me
in gaining the practical knowing which I am in need the most. The internship would give me
exposure and would add up into the value of my skills and knowledge. But it would add up more
value when I would do it from a well known company. The name or reputation of the company
does play a major role in a person’s portfolio, therefore that’s why many people tries to do their
internship form well known company.
Applications for job: Another action plan would be the search for job. Meanwhile with the
internship I would simultaneously would look out for the job into my field only. I have to keep
monitoring about the vacancies from the companies in which I want to get a job.
Presentation skills: My action plan is also to work more on my presentation skills. For this I
have planned to communicate with more and more people which would help me in gaining more
confidence within me (Vondracek, Lerne and Schulenberg, 2019).
CONCLUSION
From the report discuss above, the career and development plan has been discussed. I
have a dream to become a data analytics. For this a have to acquire the required knowledge and
skills for gaining command into this. I joined the institute for this in which they taught me about
the subject. The report also includes the area where I believe I still lacks behind for example,
communication and presentation skills, practical knowledge and leadership skills. Apart from
this, the report also includes my action plan which I have planned to undertake in future for the
attainment of my success.
