In this report, a review is analysed to make a review for the pay’s structure of the
company. Here all the information is collected from the employees in the organisation and try
to know more about the issues which are facing by their employees. In a successful
organisation it is important that their employee’s feel satisfy and happy (Bocken and Ritala,
2021). It is the duty of the manager to make sure about the employee’s behaviour and attitude
towards the company so that within the time period they can easily find out the solutions for
the problem arises. In this report, some information about data collection and suitability
analysis in completed. In order to collect the data the chosen form of method for data
collection is questionnaire.

questionnaire. In this report the questionnaire is conducted in between 100 group of people.
The suitability of the questionnaire contain effectiveness which means having some attractive
and positive questions for the respondent so that they feel safe while answering the questions.

afford by different organisation (Heisler, 2021). Questionnaire examples are more practical in
