various kinds of skills for organizations have increased. Not only this need and requirement of
information related to BI, data analytics for employees so that they can work upon highly
advance and new technology and can easily work upon new technologies/ software’s or systems
of business intelligence (Božič and Dimovski, 2019). It was also understood that BI and analytics
is used in different ways at different level of organization and in order to use in in effective
manner training is important to be provided to all the employees so that they can understand
ways in which and in different manner BI& A can be used in different phases of organization.
