decision making. The data can be effectively handled through electronic as well as non-
electronic means. Data handling is considered to be as an effective process because it helps in the
process of data gathering, recording, monitoring, interpreting and presenting the particular set of
data which in turn helps in making strategic decision making for higher growth of business. This
report is useful in analysing the various methods associated with auditing data holdings, data
